I've loved watching these two for the past few years. They're just so beautiful and special. I love how they interact and love each other and take care of each other. Thank you.
It's strange how ferocious their beaks and talons are, yet most of the work they need to do is so delicate, like feeding tiny chicks and building intricate nests.
I'm so glad I found an eagle cam to watch. About 15 years ago, I was watching a cam, and the eaglet died. The mother was crying. I've never heard an eagle cry. It totally broke my heart. I was crying too. 💔💔💔💔💔 I'm SO glad to see these eaglets alive & well! It's my first time seeing such happy parents!!💗💗💗💗
Look how young Shadow was. He still had dark on his head. I loved these two eaglets. I enjoyed watching them. I remember when they both hatched. I was glued to my phone.

Do you actually believe an animal has the ability to be more nurturing than a human? Just because your experiences aren't good doesn't mean that's all. Just curious what do you do for your community to change it? You don't think animals get raped and the parents eat their young?
Dad sees his babies and reacts with surprise and just keeps looking at them. Reminds me of human dads when they see their baby for the first time. Their reactions are the same as they look at their baby in disbelief that it’s theirs. 😂
That is one sturdy nest. It has been discovered that Bald Eagle nests average one ton of weight and others weigh up to two tons. It seems these Eagles bring a stick to add to the nest every time they come in. At least the cute little ones won’t fall out.
Actually they are looking to verify if it looks like them and if it’s theirs lol. Once marriage and babies come it turns in the life time prison term.... can’t have any freedom, work but can’t spend money without questions no booty you get the point.....
I’ve been watching what is currently going on, poor things are dealing with wind, cold, snow, and eggs they say probably won’t hatch. I know eagles are built for cold climates, but it’s still hard to watch. Looking at this, it’s just so touching. Makes you wonder what they are thinking…he’s just poking around, rearranging sticks, trying to look helpful…then she gets up, and I’m sure it’s so he can get a look at the babies. To see such fierce looking birds, being so gentle with their little ones. Brings tears to my eyes. It’s just beautiful!!

They don't need human protection. They are capable of protecting themselves and the youngs. Humans installed a camera and that's it. As long as human leave them along, they will be fine.
We have these magnificent birds were I live. The grace and beauty of them flying is something to see. We also have these cams and watch for eggs, than the babies. This is one of the sweetest videos I have ever seen. Please protect these gracious birds.

Now I know why Shadow kept protecting the 2nd egg so long. I also saw The End of an Era video, when Eggbert is consumed by nature. I still cry for Spirit, such a magnificent creature!! God Bless!
You can see that on March 6, 2019, Jackie gave birth to the first egg, and the shadow came back with a wooden stick. When he saw the surprise expression of the egg and kissed the egg, I fell in love with this nest.

How beautiful is that and to hear them chatter and the babies are so cute and small . They look after their babies better than humans do . They are so gentle how they step around in the nest . There are children out there that don't even get fed but the Eagles make sure that the egglets are fed.... It's a joy to watch .... The eagles are beautiful birds . ❤️💙 .

heard on news today that eagle pairs return year after year to the same nest, that they rebuild it large each year, sometimes so large that the tree supporting it can topple over from the weight.
Have watched this nest and loved J&S for several years but had never seen this video. Beyond precious! I’m speechless and there are tears streaming down my cheeks.

I’m genuinely amazed at how they saved some food for when the eggs hatch and she immediately started feeding the baby! JUST…WOW
