One of the best feeding vids I've ever seen. Mother was very patient and skilled with the feeding, each Eaglet got fed 1 by 1 and Mother didn't eat the food herself either which you usually see happen a lot if the chicks don't grab it fast enough. You can tell that Mother Eagle has a lot of experience with feeding chicks, which in turn will create equally kind/patient/and skilled when it comes to feeding.
Yes I have been following a video of the Eagle minded They are very good parents but they don't let the chick's get too comfortable and won't leave the nest lol 😂 I think it's a brilliant idea

Decorah mom was and is one of the best moms ever! Hadn't often seen such a quiet mom and chicks also! No fights no bonkings to each other and evr1 waited for its turn to be fed! She's such a patient mom and so are the kids 👍😍

This was beautiful to watch.. That sibling rivalry gets to me, people can say it’s normal all they want but it doesn’t have to be and this video proves it ….. lovely!!!
This video is more the exception than the rule. Not that 'civilized' nests don't exist but there is usually some degree of extreme rivalry rivalry. This nest almost every year has severe bonking, starvation of the smallest, and ultimately death.

The patience with food is incredible. I’ve observed dozens of different animals on a VERY casual basis. I’m certainly no expert, not even close. However, I feel the majority of instances I’ve observed, it seems like they’re tripping over themselves just for a nibble. Here, the male brings the fish, there’s a moment of silence, almost silent praise for his accomplishment. Like respect. Then after a moment he goes to another branch, there’s a second moment almost like mom telling the kids to say their prayers and be grateful for the meal from which they’re about to get nourishment. Then, the precision in feeding, fair & balanced, with no chick acting the least bit brattish if they maybe missed their turn in rotation. Knowing their piece, to compensate, would be a bit bigger next turn. Maybe I’m just seeing things in such a way to craft this narrative but until someone advises otherwise, I’ll believe it to be true. Or believe it to be a possibility at least.
We and my siblings were the same way with my mom as kids and my mom was the same kind of Discipline, made sure the babies ate before she did with the little she did have. We never gave my mom a hard time even when we didn't get nothing for Christmas or birthdays.....video here amazing and gorgeous in every form.of the SPIRIT/NATURE/BEAUTY/MUSIK/MAGIC/PRIEST/MIRACLE/KNOWLEDGE sense.....

These three eaglets were such a joy to watch last season. They were so well behaved with each other. It’s a horrible shame that D35 died from lead poisoning😭😭😭
