I was able to use 100% power on and off throughout the combat and then I climbed at 100% power until the auto reduce happened, which occurred at 6200 metres. I then put her in a spin and descended to the airfield. One thing is the planes seem to ground loop very easily with the tail wheel unlocked. In my opinion, in real life, they dont ground-loop that easy and in-game, the loop just continues through multiple revolutions - even with full opposite rudder. Yes the engine has torque, but still, with the prop-wash over the tail and rudder and the friction of the wheel travelling through the grass, the torque would be countered somewhat and also, in one of these loop sessions, the opposite toe brake is inneffective. BUT This might be a feature of the old (drum?) brakes conversely the new P47D has such effective brakes that I can lift the tail up on a landing run by applying both toe brakes.....

The Kurfurst excels at everything except endurance and cockpit visibility. I find it's handling in the air and on the ground quite benign, even given the narrow track undercarriage. A true pilots aeroplane

Hi Froggy, nice video thanks.
Just one small tip, when you try to fly in full power there is a small circle under the artificial horizon gauge. Try to hold it in the middle with your rudder so you keep the drag at minimum.

@C Tizer no, the straight flight is better, you gain more speed due to less drag. In turns it tells you if your turn is descending or climbing.

No. Adjust tailplane incidence until she flies level at cruise, combat and max speed. If dive bombing adjust it so she is tail heavy

Я для Ил-2 (OLD) исправлял фм для всех моделей Мессеров, что бы как можно ближе было к ттх реальных. В БзС, конечно, круто фм сделана. Вот только в БзС скорость Г-6 занижена на 10-15 км. в час.

To replicate this you need Battle of Stalingrad, Battle of Bodenplatte and a good computer and track ir, and a joy stick.
