I wanted to go to a Manson concert so bad when I was a teen. But when you're from the hood.......you have to suppress your fanhood for people like Manson. One of my biggest regrets in life is being so worried about what the niggas in my neighborhood would think if they found out I was a Manson fan when I was a teen.
I was lucky enough that my friends invited me the summer of 2004 (I was 16 and 'This is the New Shit' was trending on the radio. Growing up in a small town in Maine who everyone listened to pop, rap and old school rock (Aerosmith, etc) I was looked at very funny. I was looked at funny for liking Bob Marley, too. Manson's message is to not go by societal norms and to be true to yourself and your happiness.

Se podría decir que los conciertos de 2000 a 2005 fueron los mejores de toda su carrera, puesto a que su fama estaba en lo más alto, su voz estaba en su mejor momento antes de que se destruyera las cuerdas vocales en 2007.
Este concierto fue grabado como un DVD, gracias a eso la calidad es increíble tanto en voz como sonido.

@@cristoferdowns6540 Porque su manera de cantar no tenía una forma fija. Manson se desgastaba mucho la garganta al momento de gritar, y, la mayoría de sus canciones utilizaban estas estrofas que le desgarraban la voz poco a poco, sin contar el exceso de drogas a lo largo de toda su vida.
En 2007 Manson anunció en un concierto que su doctor le había dicho que se había destrozado las cuerdas vocales y que si no descansaba su voz, el daño sería permanente, y pues de 2007 hasta 2016 su voz ya estaba bastante afectada

His late 90’s/early 00’s live performances were better than his studio recordings…he’s the only artist I’ve honestly felt that way about. A few tracks of course sound better recorded…depending on what editing they couldn’t execute live.
My first concert was Manson at 16 (20 years ago) and it was fucking epic. I was in the pit and he spit water on me.

Of the 9 or so times I've seen Manson live, I'm very grateful this was one of them. Though the tours for Mechanical Animals and Antichrist Superstar were so amazing. The Beatiful Monsters Tour actually made me cry during Speed of Pain. Besides nearly getting murdered over the Holy Bible he threw into the audience, I also got blasted in the face with the blood capsule that exploded on select audience members when Manson was "Assassinated" on stage, everyone though my red hairdye was running.
Dead to the World, i was 16 for and it blew my mind, I had been going to concerts since I was 5 yet this took my shows to an entire new level, I'd never felt the pure power I felt during that concert. Seeing Manson do all the stage antics that would become classic staples were awe inspiring. I'm so happy I got to see then back in the good old days!

The vocals were re-recorded later. Some songs seemed dubbed and some don't and it could be the editing because this show was recorded twice on two different days. You can find the original audio for this show on YT.
He sings live in this concert, but as it is a DVD, they put a vocal base on top of it in the edits. Here on TH-cam there is a recording with the real audio of the concert
