Answer, its a tv show and actors act. Its called suspension of disbelief for a reason. Zachariah said he had two lions for a face and 4 wings... how would it look if every angel was some type of crazy mixmash of animals/creatures? Lol
The Angels being in their vessels in heaven was referenced by Zachariah in the episode "Dark Side of the Moon". We see the vessels because we're limited. Not a plot hole.
Well what is confusing about that 'plothole' is that they got told on numerous occasions, that it would be the last time blah blah blah from very powerful beings. so of course i would mourn when it is maybe possible but not very likely that i get my brother back again and again and again
Sort of my life. My brother has been so close to death so many times I am just sort of waiting for the phone call. The bad part is, he has always done it to himself so I don't know if it will bother me all that much if it is his fault. Now if someone murders him that would be a different story.
“Dean surviving in purgatory without food or water.” He was in purgatory. Nothing in purgatory needs to eat. That’s why Benny didn’t have the hunger from being a vampire because he was dead. And technically so was Dean.
There was a river in purgatory and the human body can survive without food as long as it gets water. There's also the fact that time in purgatory and earth are not the same so you might find that to Dean it seems like he was there for a shorter period of time than he actually was
@@senzimalaza2856 No, the human body cannot survive on just water, with water, you could survive longer without food, but you would still need to eat, and it is very unlikely that Dean experienced a short time in purgatory because he would not have been able to form such a strong relationship with Benny, and going by the usual pattern that the show follows, purgatory time would probably be faster than earth time, like how he’ll time is 4 decades to 4earth months.
@@paladin7656 But some men also can't grow a beard. Jensen, himself, said he had no idea if he could grow one until he tried to for his new role in The Boys and the man is over 40. I had the same thought, though. This is just my only plausible explanation.
He was killed, by Lucifer, splat. God brought Cas back in that form, but Jimmy is still gone. It is a vessel made directly by God specifically to house an angel, permanently.
@@theUserdudex you idiot jimmys body was rebuilt by God quite alot and CROWLEY was able to make a final vessel for Lucifer so God most likely made it so jimny could hold cas better. When lucifer possessed him the vessel was starting to wear down and crowley wasnt in there long enough to cause an effect. And also quit being a Jerk
@@knighttoon9993 lol you called me an idiot and somehow I'm the jerk. Makes sense. Good logic bro 😂. Also is that what we're going with now? "Most likely"? So if I say I will "most likely" win a million dollars tomorrow. Does that mean I'm a millionaire tomorrow?
@@theUserdudex it was explained when castiel tried to help Jimmy's daughter he told her that Jimmy is in heaven and is no longer in the vessel. I don't remember the season and episode number though.
"Supernatural Plot Holes You Never Noticed"...ummm, no. Especially Adam. We all noticed Adam's plot hole, considering the show itself poked fun at the plot hole during the 200th episode "Fan Fiction".
Exactly! Plus Death literally made Dean choose between Sam's soul or Adam's vessel (a lot ppl forget Michael is the one who's actually trapped in the cage not Adam) and he choose Sam. It's not exactly a plot hole if they explained it?
Hi thalia 😊! To be honest, no loop hole at all for me! Firstly, as mentioned, it is explained; secondly, Dean grew up with Sam. He was his little brother all his life, the brother he cared for, he knew and loved. Of course he chose Sam. So would I.
Exactly... We know everything..we know that first five seasons should be watched interconnected...that was the real story after season 5 all the seasons should be watched individually because they were just made because of the popularity so obviously there would be plot holes...
Which might bring the question of how they fit over the millions of years before acquiring vessels...or of why heaven should look just like earth and space limited.
@@rosannamarie7093 Heaven is unlimited. It's far larger to accommodate to giant cosmic sizes of God, angels and so forth. As for them appearing in their vessels in heaven, it's because they take on their preferred hosts' physical appearances because the show Supernatural lacks in budget for CGI and whatnot to reveal their true forms
“God Not Realizing Gabriel Was Still Alive” Answer: God knew the whole time. He always had everything under control even with Amara. He lied numerous times on the show and he was probably lying about that just to make a better “story”.
Luis Felipe Silva Sampaio Jimmy wasn’t dead when Castiel borrowed his body and yes he consented. But that body was destroyed along with Jimmy’s soul, so why does Cas still walk around looking like “Jimmy Novak”. As for Adam they didn’t even meet him or know about him until after the ghoul impersonating him had killed him. When Zachariah brought him back to be Michael’s vessel (which is another plot hole because they spent the whole season telling us it had to be Dean) they didn’t really have time to bond and Adam actually acted as if he disliked them. Besides how are they supposed to get him out? Lucifer said he was curled up in a corner bat poop crazy. But since )spoiler!) says we see him in Season 15 I guess we find out
@@suekelley2109 Jimmy was using jimmy´s body because God brough him back in it!! Dean was micheal´s true vessel but not his only one and michael only needed a vessel to fight lucifer so he believed it wouldn´t take long but the rest i agree with you!!
@@suekelley2109 Cas is walking around looking like "jimmy Novak" because when Lucifer exploded him God built him a new Jimmy suit. Which is why it's stronger than a regular vessel. Zachariah using Adam wasn't a plot hole. He straight up explained to Adam that he lied to him because he was bait. But, we also know that vessels run in families. The Winchesters are Michael's vessels and The Campbells are Lucifer's. So, yes, Adam could host Michael. I'm also pretty sure that both Dean and Sam could host either Michael or Lucifer.
@@katymvt right. To the "plot hole" about Dean should be Lucifer's vessel, I feel like she forgot that either of them could host either archangel, but Sam was prepared since infancy by being fed the blood of Azazel. And then growing up and growing his powers, and drinking a ton of demon blood, made him the best possible host for the devil.
Somebody’s gotta explain to MsMojo what a plot hole is, because most on this list isn’t, something that you find odd, or don’t understand doesn’t automatically make something a plot hole.
THANK YOU FOR THIS COMMENT. Like 95% of the things on this list are "I didn't understand/didn't realize this was explained elsewhere/didn't get the explanation/don't get what unreliable narrator is/don't understand characters can lie" -- like... what. There's a few but ironically they're SUPER MINOR like the Rugaru mention. Video would be more aptly titled "10 ways msmojo got confused with Supernatural or didn't understand it plus honorable mentions"
Experimentural Videos thanks, they really don’t know what a plot hole is, I mean they listed how they earned money by credit card fraud and hussling money from playing pool... well that’s exactly what happened in the show so where does the plot hole come in 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
themarine0316 The fact that people have the functioning brain capacity of toddlers watching TV. I'm getting old and bitter, and they don't seem to realize that the characters have lives beyond the 42 minutes a week they're on screen 20 weeks a year and that with that established there's no reason to keep revisiting it and eating screen time. Hell, I'm currently dealing with rage at the exorbitant lengths I've been seeing people go through to try to explain around Chuck as the final villain insisting he has to be someone else because the gnostic and hermetic and jungian and general perennial buildup of the last several years has whistled by their threads and they're boggled by the idea that god could really lie, so it must not be god. I'm sorry, you're confusing Supernatural with calvinistic christianity, it's not a plothole and that's not part of the mystery, y'all missed the last three years of esoteric journey because it's neither christian mythos nor greek adventures of chimera stabbing and that's apparently all people recognize, whereas I build entire video series on jungian philosophy this show has used and I'm just. So very tired.
I’m guessing that the reason jimmy is so strong as a vessel is because 1: Jimmy is dead after exploding and god recreated just the vessel for Castiel. 2: God might have recreated the vessel stronger.
Number 3 shouldn’t be on here because Sam and Dean don’t know if the other is gonna come back that time so they mourn their death like it’s the permanent one
Especially since there was that episode where Joshua told them about their ressurections and said it wouldn't happen again, and the one where Billy said she would make sure that if either of them died again that she would make sure they stayed dead.
The simple fact is that no matter how many times beings with dominion over death and life say no more Sam and dean still get more for those two death is quite literally almost as meaningless as it is in DBZ
Jimmy died and his soul is in heaven. Castiel's vessel has been destroyed and brought back numerous times over the years so the fact that Lucifer can inhabit it makes sense. As for Crowley being in it, demons don't ask for permission. They take position of a body
Deva Nixie Cas does explain this to Claire saying that the vessel doesn’t even have any Jimmy left, there may even be another comment about the ‘vessel’ actually being Cas (created by God I think) but I can’t remember it more specifically at the moment ... either way the vessel isn’t standard human issue so standard ‘rules’ don’t apply :D
@@josee6708 lol so true that's why I felt msmojo was incorrect about stating the impossibility of Cas's vessel being inhabited by Lucifer and Crowley. I dont think Msmojo or whoever made this countdown didn't do their homework
Castiel’s vessel body aka jimmy was exploded by Lucifer after he holly fired Michael. God rebuilt his body made specifically for Cas and strong enough to hold Lucifer as it was not a human body anymore.
There’s also the whole “Angels are stronger than demons” inconsistencies. In season 4 when they were first learning that it was an angel who freed Dean from hell, even Ruby was acting incredibly scared and nervous. Saying that Angels are far more powerful than demons, which does make perfect sense. Yet over the years, we saw demons beat the crap out of angels numerous times! Cas was even captured by some one time because he apparently unknowingly walked into a bar that was filled with them.... uuhhh... what?? How did he not see even one when angels can apparently see the true faces of demons! Then to be over powered by them when he’s an angel? Even if he was at half strength he still should have been able to defeat them. And don’t get me started on how Gabriel was captured by Asmodaeus!! I don’t care that he was a prince of hell, Gabriel was an ARCH ANGEL!!!!! He should have seen him coming from a mile away and Asmodaeus shouldn’t have been able to lay even one finger on Gabriel let alone capture and in-prison him for years!
10 - humans/human souls can't see angels in their true forms. Zacharia explains why he looks human in heaven. Demons need a vessel in hell to be able to talk and do spells, smoke is pretty useless. 9 - when the leviathan pretended to be Sam and Dean, the police used THOSE bodies to air in the news that Sam and Dean were dead. 8 - castiels body (not jimmies anymore) is strong because God made it that way. God references "I've rebuilt castile more times than I can count" 7 - he didn't say Gabriel was dead, he said he didn't have the power, at the time, to bring him back. Which is true: they would have had to fight osmodeis and his demons ontop of trying to stop amara. 6 - not a plot hole, just a bad character. She gets plenty of things wrong. 5 - castile woke up in the empty because of JACK. his power was strong enough to stretch to the empty. 4 - monster souls aren't like human one's, they are tainted by "eve" and probably respawn for all eternity. If they could die in their god would have killed the liviathin in there. 3 - because they know to many people WANT them to stay dead. And heaven isn't an enviting option because angels don't like them. It's not always 100% certain they can come back, they usually have to make deals. 2 - lilith was ACTING scared of Sam. She needed to be killed at the right place, at the right time. She wasn't actually scared of the knife, she needed to drag out them chasing her to let lucifer out of the cage.. 1 - Sam's soul was bad after being in the cage. In the end he went mental and castile had to take it from him, and suffer with it himself. Adams soul would now be soup. There is no point in saving him.
Also, to explain the Honourable mentions- Dean does Credit card scans to get money, that's the boys source of income. And Dean barely eats on Earth and still stays alive, you think purgatory is gonna make a difference (I can't believe they actually said it). I'm sure we can give the benefit of the doubt to the writers. I'm not really sure about the Grand Canyon thing. That could have been an honest mistake.
@@Shravya42 actually rewatching that episode. Dean literally says they were too young for them to remember going. Sam is remembering because of the trials.
angels don't need to be in vessels when they are the only ones present. How did Zachariah explain that, exactly? Are you saying Chuck didn't have enough power to fight a bunch of demons? When an Archangel like Lucifer (full power) can easily destroy them. How did Chuck access empty when the Shadow said God doesn't have any power there?
@@Shravya42 One can go with fake credit cards. There is no explain on the show which states Dean has any supernatural powers and confirms multiple times that he is a human. Dean seems to be the big eater and Sam, the opposite. Nonetheless, unless Dean got some supernatural powers, he can't survive without food.
@@giovannigiovanni.7220 or God/Chuck couldn't see Gabriel considering during the whole thing with The Darkness, Asmodeous had Gabriel and was draining his grace. And since Gabriel was held captive by demons and Asmodeous, and was having his grace drained, it would impair God/Chuck's sight of Gabriel being alive. As God/Chuck may only know about Angels/Archangels if their grace is in tact and untouched.
10: so we can tell the angels apart from one another and also budget 9: they faked their death to get the police off their back and they´ve pretty much forgotten about Sam and Dean because everyone thinks the case is closed 8: after God resurrected Cas, Jimmy died and Cas became bound to the vessel. It´s basically Cas, that´s why it´s so strong 7: Gabrie tried to make sure not even God could find him. If God had made an effort he could have found Gabriel for sure, but God doesn´t actually care, as mentioned several times in the show 6: the archangels were all created at the same time, but Michael kind of took on the role of the eldest brother. I think it´s still fair for Amara to call Lucifer "first", as the archangels were the first things to be created by God 5:The Empty has never proven itself to be more powerfull than God, it only said that. The empty has lied before, so it could have just told Cas no one could help him to take away his hope and send him back to sleep. 4: actually a valid point 3: idk i´d still be fucking sad if my sibling died, even for the 5th time, they can´t know for sure if the other will ever come back. We as the viewers do, but the characters don´t, especially because they are generally pessimistic and depressed. 2: Ruby was working with Lilith all along, so of course it was a scam to make Ruby seem more trustworthy. The demon knife is the same for demons as a normal knife is for Humans, it´s that simple. 1: Sam doesn´t care about Adam and Dean even dislikes him. They don´t consider Adam a part of their Family. And also it´s a meme Congratulations, you found one plot hole. Just watch the fucking show instead of just googling supernatural plotholes and reading them out. I´m not even like a huge fangirl, I watched the show once (now starting to watch it again with my best friend tho). I gathered all this knowledge by litterally watching it once and from a basic understanding of christian mythology (point 6). Can yt just please stop being stupid
Bcz their bodies or vessel slaughtered isn't real they are just souls but in forms.. so when it is destroyed they are put to sleep in peace.. .. I personally really really liked your explanation.. u roasted him/her😙
9. No one would forget 2 serial murders that good looking who the public knows fakes their deaths 2x. Have you seen our society? If Ted bundy has a psycho stan club do you really think sam and dean wouldnt? and in the era of social media? the season 7 leviathan murder spree plot really just blows up so much logic b/c theres no way the entire world wouldnt know their faces after seeing 5 videos of them massacring 30+ people per video.
I said all of these points to myself as I was watching this video. Thumbs up for this detailed and well stated reply Olivia. Ms. Mojo, don't come for the SPN family until you have your facts straight.
Yeah obviously. Have you watched the show, Mojo? They mean everything to each other, and them coming back isn’t a guarantee (obviously the viewers know it is, but the boys don’t) so they’re gonna be devastated!
In Season 4 ep 3, Dean goes back in time and when he meets his dad in the diner a man walks in and has a short convo with John. He ends the conversation by saying, “Say hi to your old man for me!” But later on we find out Henry Winchester went into the future to protect the Men of Letters key from Abbadon. John thought Henry abandoned him. Small detail I noticed ig.
true also with the adam case blood doesn't always mean family. kinda like say fast and furious except for Dominic Toretto and Mia Toretto but for the most part none of them are by blood plus most of these arnt plot holes.
Except 1. She left before Sam could kill her, so he couldn't chase after her. 2. Dean hadn't broken the first seal yet so she couldn't die before that, plus she was supposed to be the last to be broken to release Lucifer.
There's an episode in season 12, "The British Invasion", where Lucifer literally calls Michael his "little bro". But it was a Bucklemming episode, so not that surprising. They can never keep their SPN facts straight.
Who thinks of the word first as in most important? When you think of the word first, you think of the first thing to happen. And Amara words clearly meant that Lucifer was first though he was not.
The problem is that in the bible Lucifer is the first archangel created... but to make Lucifer, Michael and God's story match more closely with the dynamic of the Winchesters and their dad they changed Lucifer to younger brother. But Lucifer is kind of in the collective consciousness as the first son of god so that has a tendency to slip into the script if the writers aren't paying very close attention.
I had a whole thing typed out before I realized my answer to each plot hole was the same. If you know the show... CHUCK DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE WINCHESTERS STORYLINE also, about Sam and Dean dying so much and they still grieve the other, that's bc there have been multiple times that they have thought the death was permanent and also they love each other their income: they run credit card scams... this was legit covered in the very first episode Adam: at first it was just an accident and then let's be honest, the writers saw how much of a joke it had become with the fans and they rolled with it.
the thing with adam is just hard to deal with. death said that he'd only free one of them. if they freed adam at that moment without a wall, that wouldn't be very cool.
@kevincapalot well, you know that now... before seing that, there was no way of knowing whether he did or didn't. especially after seing apocalypse michael.
@@mellogaming1334 Yes they did. Whenever they needed the big showdown, (Michael v Lucifer) someone* (Cas, Crowley, Zachariah, Chuck/God, Lucifer) always mentions that Adam's mind is gone-tortured for years by Lucifer, as amusement. *This video* even says that he's mentioned* in later seasons.
#3 kind of doesn’t make sense....what are they supposed to do? Watch their brother die and be like “eh, I’ll figure out a way...they’ll be back tomorrow”. Like wtf, of course they’ll be sad and devastated...their brother just DIED. And they know there’s that slight possibility that they won’t be able to bring them back.
Exactly. I mean special DNA or not, for the most part, these boys are human. They've been given proof that they can die easily. There is no given that they will always come back if it doesn't have relevance to the major players to need them back in the game. So they go through the motions of loss. It's never easy to watch your sibling die. Oh man. How is poor Sam even sane anymore? He's watched Dean die at least 1,004 or more times.
Not only that but MsMojo didn't take into consideration how long it sometimes takes for them to come back. They have been without their brother for short periods but some lasted a lot longer. A lot of these are explained in the show. Perhaps, @msmojo has never actually watched the whole show. True fans know the answers to these "plot holes"
Plus even seeing someone I really love get seriously injured is hard for me (like when my brothers fingers got cut off) so even if you have hope that they’ll be back you’re still going through seeing them in pain and death, possibly even having to bury them or live for awhile without them, never knowing for sure if you’ll see them again
#5 when Gadreel healed Cas, Cas was human so it was just an angel resurrecting a dead human. Also later on in season 15 (after this video was posted) it’s confirmed that Chuck definitely has power to bring angels and demons back from the Empty.. for example Lucifer and Lilith.
Yeah, they're deaths are faked a few times but they still go town to town impersonating FBI officers and nobody ever recognises them. In one episode, somebody actually does recognise them and Sam just brushes it off saying that they look similar.
Not to mention that the series' time-line goes on for years and years. How many people would remember some handsome criminal on the news from a couple of years ago? So many faces on a daily basis but somehow you're expected to recognize two guys because their hot?
@@Anonnnnomus ah, serial killers that got on the TVs and newspapers? Something like that doesn't fade away before at least 60 years. Especially if the serial killers were hot brothers like them. They would be remembered forever

@@themeow-sician1664 I only remember Belphogor mentioning Michael. But, I guess if Michael stayed inside Adam this whole time it would have kept him from aging.
The income one confused me at first too but then I remembered that a) they do credit card fraud and b) Charlie made cards with endless amounts of money on them or something along the lines of that
Castiel was brought back by Chuck several times, at the and of season 5, Cas even said he's new and improved. Maybe that's why his vessel is so strong...
The angels keep their vessels because could you imagine having to re-inhabit your vessel after just going to Heaven to ask a question? "Hey, Jimmy, its Cas, can I come back now?" "Well...."
We literally hear sam say to dean that they are still committing credit card fraud, so I'm guessing that they just take cash advances until the cards maxed
No he actually died. Cas says “I do believe he brought me back” referring to God resurrecting him and God says that he’s rebuilt Cas multiple times, rebuilding implies he died otherwise Cas would have just found new vessels. It is a bit confusing though cause every other time we see an angel die there’s a bright light and the wings are kind of burned into the floor/wall(except when eaten by a Leviathan or Amara), but with Cas we just see him explode like a balloon of chunky soup... except for when Lucy stabbed him.

When dean goes back in time when he is sent by cas someone says "say hello to your old man" to john. Henry was stuck in the future and died seasons later and dean thought he was a dead beat. That plot hole always stuck out to me.
Millie remarried and they moved to Kansas, and since John was so young when Henry disappeared he didn’t really have as much of a connection to him rather he might’ve considered his stepfather his dad and maybe Millie never talked about Henry when they moved so possibly the person and others who know the family don’t know. and also that scene was meant to be a reference to back to the future so they probably forgot about that when they introduced Henry
How about this: How did Crowley get Sam's body out of the cage, when in later seasons even just getting access to the cage was this whole huge ordeal requiring that special powerful witch book that Rowena had?
@@the_whisperinGSilence Cass shouldn't be able to do it either- he was barely able to rescue Dean from hell the first time, and he wasn't in the cage. They just had to pull something out of their ass to keep the show going after the season 5 finale.

The fight between the boys and lucifer wasnt in the actual cage...rowena opened it and only summoned lucifer who then was outside of the cage but still trapped.
If i remember correctly, the cage we see isnt the actual cage, but sort ot an entry room. Rowena summon only lucifer from the actual cage to the "entry room" and free him

There is a major plot hole in the episode where dean pulls a back to the future meeting his dad a lot younger. When the waiter asks john how his dad was doing he said hes fine but when dean and sam meet their grandpa it turned out that john last saw his dad when he was 5 I think..
These are all very small common retcons that would happen to any show over the course of 15 years and multiple showrunners, had Kripke ended it after S5 like he originally intended the story would have been flawless
Just saying, most of these are easily explained. Most. But I mean you missed a few actually good ones. For Example: "The Archangel Blade" we're led to believe the Archangel Blade is the only thing that can kill an Archangel. If this were true, Lucifer would've known that when he stabbed Gabriel with a regular Angel Blade. Also "The Archangels" It is said that there are 4 Archangels in existence. And also when a prophet is in danger, that the archangels will come to destroy whatever threat there is. But Lucifer is in the Cage, Gabriel is M.I.A, Michael is Michael, so that leaves Raphael. Yet when chuck is in danger, Cass said "It's the Archangels" as if there was a swarm of them. Where are most... there were 2, the bare minimum of plural.
I have to agree that this should be on here-only bc of the episodes where THEY joke about how many times they've died, and bc of one ep. in particular: The one where masked hunters hold a gun on them in a motel room. Dean recognizes a voice, and says: *You can kill us, but you know we'll be back* , & then, you're on our list. (Sam & Dean are shot in the head.) Both were alive by the end of the episode, smh..
Try the fact that Lucifer should have known that a normal angel blade wouldn't kill an archangel, only an archangel blad could, so he would have known that Gabe wasn't dead.
sk70091 because in some biblical context it’s written that there’s a being known as the Demiurge or Yaldabaoth also known as the “God of Control” which basically means anti-free will. But it’s written that this being is not the true God and is in fact jealous of the creator. It’s also written that the Demiurge created the first human which was Adam but couldn’t grant him a soul because it’s outside his ability just like how Chuck couldn’t do anything with the souls because supposedly they are indestructible even to him which makes no sense since he supposedly made them in the first place. So it makes you think that maybe someone else created the soul instead of Chuck. In any case in the biblical context it was a being called Sophia that grants Adam with a soul because she pitied him she also gave him secret knowledge that caused him to have free will and liberated from the Demiurge influence.
SPN established that we all have own heavens and that we see what we want to see. I never assumed the angels were actually in their vessels in heaven. I thought it was just supposed to be from the audience's POV. You know because humans can't really handle seeing their true form? Zachariah confirmed this in season 5
I love the show, but lets not be fanboys, the most consistent plot of the entire show is from season 1-5 the rest is good but was made out of its popularity, so yeah, even after finishing the entirety of the show, that is very clear in retrospective.
a lot of these aren't even plot holes... eg not knowing rugaru their dad had a hunting journal and they dealt with a rugaru they obviously now know what is it.

I LOVE YOU MSMOJO Reasons Why: SPOILERS. 10: The angels have to ask the permission to occupy a vessel. it's a one time thing they can't let go a vessel because they might say no the next time. that's why they keep wearing them. 9:They end up to have some help about the criminal record: Jody for example cleaned their record buch of times and for the FBI they died at a police station explosion. other than that i don't think they couldn't just hack into the system to clear themself out. 8:Jimmy Novak was the second body Cas had worn. After his first death (which led him to heaven) Chuck had so much fun to create, again and again, his vessel because he's a douchbag and he found more appealing Dean's pain seeing losing his angel on and on. more so the vessel it's just built to have some powerful angel/demony entity inside... just more pain, more sadistic fun. 7:In that case Chuck might not care. he just wanted to see his son - that he hates- being tortured. besides it's a lie that he couldn't create again angels... ok Michael and Gabe are Archangels and it's more difficult if compared to Cas vassel.. but whatever... he's a liar. He lies .. like a lot. 6: the analog between Mick -Dean and Sam - Luc was more about their attitude and behaviour towards their respective fathers. it wouldn't matter who was born first as long they behave the same way. 5 Nephilim Jack (Sweet beatiful lovely tiny boy) woke Cas from the Empty. Chuck, himself, fear the power of the nephilim and that's why he want him dead. But even if he was just one year old he could reach Cas, in the void, making The Empty very mad (that's why he agreed to the Deal after) and that's how much power he has over god himself. 4:Souls killed in Purgatory are sent in the Empty. 3:These two sonsofbitches are too clingy over eachother.(and that's just one of so many psycoproblems they have) I blame John. 2:Lilith couldn't just blow off her cover letting know the boys she wanted to be killed. that bitch. 1:Adam is a long running Joke. We all forget Adam. Still hope for season 15. we're waiting. Honorable Mentions: Boys are basic criminals. Again i blame John. Cas is an Angel he doesn't need to eat. the son a human and a Demon does have a soul and might not had fallen into bad behaviour so no antichrist..
5 is still a plot hole. Chuck was just joking about being scared of Jack and was able to kill him in like 2 seconds when he got serious. The shadow in the empty said that God has no power in the Empty because that's where even God will end up when he dies yet God (and Jack) repeatedly brought back angels from the Shadow's domain. So either the Shadow is lying or God and Jack are stronger than the Empty
@@kevintyson2937 the fact that God lies is something i could not be against about. we've seen so many situations that showed how manipulative chuck is. although, one time, he said something about the creation of an angel was easier if compared to the creation of a human, because a complex soul is involve, so i assumed that he went, everytime, to create new castiels, bypassing the Empty and leaving different versions of cas sleeping in the void.. but still, even if the Shadow is more powerful than God himself, or Jack, or Jack is just stronger then everyone we still have a season to deal with maybe they will explain that better.
@@kevintyson2937 that could explain a lot and if we consider that Jack only knew the latest version of cas, it's normal that he went to that one instead of waking up an oldest version without all the memory uploaded. but we're still talking about something that's not even canon yet.. everything is possibile.
@@jhoyamiyu8993 The honorable mentions didn't say that *Cas survived* without food & facial hair, it said that *DEAN* did. Dean even says: "Nice peach fuzz."
Forgetting Adam isn't a plot hole. They don't want to risk setting free Micheal, and they know the aftermath even if they could get him out of the cage and it's horrific. Also not like they have Death and standby for whenever they need something.
I think people aren't making the distinction between Adam and Michael, who is inhabiting his vessel. Two different things. We're talking about newly discovered, baby bro Adam, who has almost never been mentioned again since Chuck knows when (See what I did there? hehehe). It's like the writers just wanted us to forget he existed.
Brittney Johnson He's in he'll and is never getting out. And fi in dig some other way to free him would create different plot holes. We don't need him to be mentioned every two seconds.
The ONLY reason why " jimmy novak " can hold castiel , lucifer AND crowley is the follolwing, jimmy novak soul is already in heaven few seasons before that -_-
and AMARA is equal in "raw power" as much as GOD ....why wouldnt she "see" that lucifer has control over Castiel ( like i just said, wich jimmy novak soul doesnt need anymore )
I never understood the whole Crowley's bones thing. Like, arent demons "spirits" that posses a vessel? Then how did burning Crowley's bones damage him and how did crowlys vessels bones become just bones while he is walking around with thw vessel making deals?lol
Why is it that every time someone or some channel comes up with a Supernatural plot hole list like this, Cas' wife from season 7 is never mentioned? You would think the fact that the writers forgot that Cas is married would be the most glaring plot hole there is.
thats not a plot hole. jimmy (castiels body) is dead and jimmy's family wanted nothing to do with the supernatural after jimmy died to allow cass to save his family. so cass has no reason to ever go back there and there is no reason she would ever be mentioned again.
@@johnrizzo9901 I'm not talking about Jimmy Novak, I'm talking about Cas. Back in season 7, episode 17, when he lost his memory after being destroyed by the Leviathan, he was living with and married to a woman named Daphne Allen. He was going by the name Emmanuel and working as a healer.
@@MChantal76 oh i see what your saying, that still isnt a plot hole though, why would they ever bring up a character who was a minor supporting character for castiel?
@@MChantal76 its also 100% possible they werent actually married, as how would castiel get married to someone without any forms of identification or anything like that.
@@johnrizzo9901 A wife that his best friend met and saved from a demon attack? Plus, it makes no sense dialog-wise because from around season 9 and on, Dean has been giving Cas dating advice and advice about women like he's never been with one in his life. It doesn't matter if her overall presence was important or not.
"Family don't end with blood.....but it doesn't start there either" I'm sorry if this sounds mean but they didn't know Adam because he had already died in season 4. The angels were the ones who decided to resurrect and use him for their "grand plan" in season 5. He was technically supposed to be dead anyway
regarding getting out of the empty My rationale there is, when someone/something dies, a reaper shows up to take them where they're going. I have always assumed - although not canon - that the resurrections happened on the way to the empty.. before they got there - except that one. and here's an actual plot hole. When Dean goes back to 1973(?).. meets his younger Dad.. In that diner, a fella comes in and says to John - say hi to your old man for me - John agrees.. except, John's dad, Henry disappeared when John was a kid.
Chuck said "I've remade Castiel more times than i can count" maybe these are just clones he made with the memories of the real Castiel and never brought him back
Hey, that's a good point! Only, the fella in the diner might have meant an adoptive father or stepfather. We don't actually really know anything about John's childhood
When it’s just angels interacting in heaven, they show their human forms because that’s what we as viewers know them as. If they showed them as some spiritual entity we wouldn’t know what the hell is happening lol.
"Why are the angels still in their vessels in heaven?"
Answer : Budget
Answer, its a tv show and actors act. Its called suspension of disbelief for a reason. Zachariah said he had two lions for a face and 4 wings... how would it look if every angel was some type of crazy mixmash of animals/creatures? Lol
The reason why we see angels in their vessels during the Heaven senses is so us - the viewers, can tell who's who..
@@mellogaming1334 imagine practical effects and animatronics.... Star trek all over again...
It's a low budget show ...
@@jbo4547 it would be awesome! I'm disappointed we never get to see any true forms.
The Angels being in their vessels in heaven was referenced by Zachariah in the episode "Dark Side of the Moon". We see the vessels because we're limited. Not a plot hole.
I wish more ppl would realize this
Thanks.
Sure he was talking to Dean when he said the line, but I interpreted it to that he was talking to the audience as well
But The Apocalypse did make Bmol's attention to them and not realizing that Sam & Dean's birthright for each Arc-Angel
also 'budget'
Imagine you're brother dying so much people expect you not to be upset by it.
Well what is confusing about that 'plothole' is that they got told on numerous occasions, that it would be the last time blah blah blah from very powerful beings. so of course i would mourn when it is maybe possible but not very likely that i get my brother back again and again and again
Abby Tull or being annoyed by it because it’s boring
AGREED
Tbh I don’t care how many times my brother died in front of me I don’t think it would get less traumatic.
Sort of my life. My brother has been so close to death so many times I am just sort of waiting for the phone call. The bad part is, he has always done it to himself so I don't know if it will bother me all that much if it is his fault. Now if someone murders him that would be a different story.
“Dean surviving in purgatory without food or water.”
He was in purgatory. Nothing in purgatory needs to eat. That’s why Benny didn’t have the hunger from being a vampire because he was dead. And technically so was Dean.
There was a river in purgatory and the human body can survive without food as long as it gets water. There's also the fact that time in purgatory and earth are not the same so you might find that to Dean it seems like he was there for a shorter period of time than he actually was
Fr tho je was dead technically thats y
@@senzimalaza2856 No, the human body cannot survive on just water, with water, you could survive longer without food, but you would still need to eat, and it is very unlikely that Dean experienced a short time in purgatory because he would not have been able to form such a strong relationship with Benny, and going by the usual pattern that the show follows, purgatory time would probably be faster than earth time, like how he’ll time is 4 decades to 4earth months.
I agree with that. But is growing facial hair optional in purgatory? Cass grew some, but Dean did not.
@@paladin7656 But some men also can't grow a beard. Jensen, himself, said he had no idea if he could grow one until he tried to for his new role in The Boys and the man is over 40. I had the same thought, though. This is just my only plausible explanation.
Jimmy Novak is actually Cas himself, Jimmy is long dead and Cas merged with the vessel completely
Probably even more so when it came down to the fact Cas became a human at one point.
RIP jimmy Novak he didnt ask for that
He was killed, by Lucifer, splat. God brought Cas back in that form, but Jimmy is still gone. It is a vessel made directly by God specifically to house an angel, permanently.

Adam will be back for the final season so hopefully it will be explained.
Exactly! Plus Death literally made Dean choose between Sam's soul or Adam's vessel (a lot ppl forget Michael is the one who's actually trapped in the cage not Adam) and he choose Sam. It's not exactly a plot hole if they explained it?
@@thalia9789 I mean the plot hole is that they forgot about him.

@@rosannamarie7093 Heaven is unlimited. It's far larger to accommodate to giant cosmic sizes of God, angels and so forth. jimmy died so lucifer only needed castiel`s "Yes" to get inside his body!!! crowley is a demon; he doesn´t need consent!!
@@suekelley2109 Jimmy was using jimmy´s body because God brough him back in it!! Dean was micheal´s true vessel but not his only one and michael only needed a vessel to fight lucifer so he believed it wouldn´t take long but the rest i agree with you!!

Somebody’s gotta explain to MsMojo what a plot hole is, because most on this list isn’t, something that you find odd, or don’t understand doesn’t automatically make something a plot hole.
Thank you. Just because you dont like the way its explained or written doesnt make it a plot hole
garcia girlie agreed, some people should look up the definition before devoting videos to the topic
THANK YOU FOR THIS COMMENT.
Right like it’s just a chance it’s not like they have unlimited come back to life passes or something
That's exactly what I thought! Jimmy has been dead for years, so his permission isn't needed anymore. He isn't in the body anymore.

I'm confused. most of these "plot holes" are clearly explained in the show.
He should have seen him coming from a mile away and Asmodaeus shouldn’t have been able to lay even one finger on Gabriel let alone capture and in-prison him for years!
not to mention that as an archangel, Gabriel can teleport and time travel, so holding him in any kind of captivity is incredibly unlikely.
But they kinda do talk about these things. Because constantly angels get messed with by god. Just like demons
Very good point. I thought I was the only one that noticed this.
God references "I've rebuilt castile more times than I can count"
7 - he didn't say Gabriel was dead, he said he didn't have the power, at the time, to bring him back.
He said Gabriel and Raphael were dead but he didn't have time to bring them back. I hate the writers retconned that.

Or the writers retconned it.
@@giovannigiovanni.7220 or God/Chuck couldn't see Gabriel considering during the whole thing with The Darkness, Asmodeous had Gabriel and was draining his grace. Jimmy was literally brought back by god himself. It’s an extremely powerful vessel.
Jimmy was not brought back. Jimmy was dead when god brought that vessel back. He was in Heaven ever since.
10: so we can tell the angels apart from one another and also budget
9: they faked their death to get the police off their back and they´ve pretty much forgotten about Sam and Dean because everyone thinks the case is closed
8: after God resurrected Cas, Jimmy died and Cas became bound to the vessel. It´s basically Cas, that´s why it´s so strong
7: Gabrie tried to make sure not even God could find him. If God had made an effort he could have found Gabriel for sure, but God doesn´t actually care, as mentioned several times in the show
6: the archangels were all created at the same time, but Michael kind of took on the role of the eldest brother. I think it´s still fair for Amara to call Lucifer "first", as the archangels were the first things to be created by God
5:The Empty has never proven itself to be more powerfull than God, it only said that. The empty has lied before, so it could have just told Cas no one could help him to take away his hope and send him back to sleep.
4: actually a valid point
3: idk i´d still be fucking sad if my sibling died, even for the 5th time, they can´t know for sure if the other will ever come back.
And also it´s a meme
Congratulations, you found one plot hole. Just watch the fucking show instead of just googling supernatural plotholes and reading them out.

Here's the thing - we all have watched it many more times than just that!
Chuck knew gabriel was still alive, he only continued to say that Gabriel was dead was because it was part of the "story" and the plot that he wanted
I just automatically assumed it was a step father, but yea, they never really mentioned that.
Good one
Mmmmm no Lilith was never scared of the knife. She was scared of Sam. There is a difference.
true also with the adam case blood doesn't always mean family. kinda like say fast and furious except for Dominic Toretto and Mia Toretto but for the most part none of them are by blood plus most of these arnt plot holes.
I think she was actually faking her fear, to encourage Sam to pursue her and kill her (which was ultimately exactly what she wanted).
Except
1. She left before Sam could kill her, so he couldn't chase after her.
2. Dean hadn't broken the first seal yet so she couldn't die before that, plus she was supposed to be the last to be broken to release Lucifer.
She also admitted in season 15 that she was holding back so they can break the seal to release Lucifer
the angels are not in their vessels when they are in heaven!!! we see them that way because we are limited!!!
I have always see that way too but how am I supposed to know that.
Exactly, lol.
It’s even explain in the episode dark side of the moon
Or because not enough budget
Except clearly they are.
When amara says "first" shes probably talking in order of importance to god, she did NOT say first BORN or first CREATED.
There's an episode in season 12, "The British Invasion", where Lucifer literally calls Michael his "little bro". But it was a Bucklemming episode, so not that surprising. They can never keep their SPN facts straight.
This is my thoughts as well.
Actually it's stated she is his older sister.
It's like you've never watched the show before.
I had a whole thing typed out before I realized my answer to each plot hole was the same. If you know the show... CHUCK DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE WINCHESTERS STORYLINE
also, about Sam and Dean dying so much and they still grieve the other, that's bc there have been multiple times that they have thought the death was permanent and also they love each other
their income: they run credit card scams... this was legit covered in the very first episode
Adam: at first it was just an accident and then let's be honest, the writers saw how much of a joke it had become with the fans and they rolled with it.
the thing with adam is just hard to deal with. death said that he'd only free one of them. if they freed adam at that moment without a wall, that wouldn't be very cool.
@kevincapalot well, you know that now... before seing that, there was no way of knowing whether he did or didn't. especially after seing apocalypse michael.
Top 10 things that MsMojo didn't understand about Supernatural's plot.
Thank you!
Nope.
Came here to say this
For real. They even called a Prince of Hell "an ordinary demon" like Dafaq?
Yep
Ok, everyone knows that they forgot Adam. It was a MEME in the fandom for years
@@mellogaming1334 especially when the Lucifer escape the cage wtf so get him out too the cage is design for Lucifer itself
@@Brtobersrtjf also? wouldn't, with Lucifer gone, it be way worse for Adam bc now it's just him and Michael?
Well I agree it’s sad but Team Four Star Tien begs to differ on the issue of dying
@@blackkatt777 My thoughts exactly. They never know when their deaths become permanent.
The souls in purgatory don't go anywhere. They resurrected in purgatory to fight and die again and again, like humans in hell
@kevinBileg Yup. Castiel even questioned where the souls went "When monsters die in monster heaven....watch the clip in this video.
As im watching this, i can literally explain almost all of them.. Because ive actually watched the show
Same. Twice.
Yes! Makes me wonder if Ms Mojo even watches this show.
Yeah. I wish I had the resources to make a video response. Most of these have thorough explanations.
Fax
EXACTLY think that all of the plot holes in this video could be explained. Spn is a fictional world after all and it has it's own rules
Dean didn't show hair growth in purgatory because he used his knives to at least shave, jensen asked the producers about it
For number 9, that was tired up when their deaths were faked by a police officer
Yeah, they're deaths are faked a few times but they still go town to town impersonating FBI officers and nobody ever recognises them. In one episode, somebody actually does recognise them and Sam just brushes it off saying that they look similar.
It makes them even more suspicious after they are seen after being reported dead.
Yeah I was always pissed that they left Adam in hell however he's out now and he's essentially told them they can sod off.
As for Adam I don't think they ever really considered him a true brother. Especially after he agreed to host Michael for such a selfish reason which was what they were trying to avoid.
“Never Noticed”
*Sees Adam*
Oh trust me...we notice lol
Me watching the video: What? Oh, I can't wait to read all the comments and see the SPNFamily explain the show to you.
Me reading the comment: Yep, not disappointed.
"Forgetting" Adam isn't a plot hole. They also haven't tried to bring Bobby, or John, or Charlie, or really anyone else besides each other back.
Well the others are dead Adam alive even if he is probably minddead
@@themeow-sician1664 Is he alive? He's been in Hell for over 900 years.

in season 14 they did bring john winchester back. but it was only for one episode and he had to get sent back
Number 7: "He's a Writer.Writers lie"
The income one confused me at first too but then I remembered that
a) they do credit card fraud
and
b) Charlie made cards with endless amounts of money on them or something along the lines of that
Castiel was brought back by Chuck several times, at the and of season 5, Cas even said he's new and improved. Maybe that's why his vessel is so strong...
man there are so many mistakes on that lists... like if you wanna an “answer list” for this video
The angels keep their vessels because could you imagine having to re-inhabit your vessel after just going to Heaven to ask a question? "Hey, Jimmy, its Cas, can I come back now?" "Well...."
Lmaoo😆
More like “Plot holes that everyone else noticed and has explanations for except for Ms Mojo”
We literally hear sam say to dean that they are still committing credit card fraud, so I'm guessing that they just take cash advances until the cards maxed
Adam will be back in season 15. I'm so curious to see how that plays out.
"Castiel has died several times" ... No he hasn't ... The vessel has been destroyed, that's it. Did MsMojo do any of her homework for this one?
No he actually died. Cas says “I do believe he brought me back” referring to God resurrecting him and God says that he’s rebuilt Cas multiple times, rebuilding implies he died otherwise Cas would have just found new vessels. It is a bit confusing though cause every other time we see an angel die there’s a bright light and the wings are kind of burned into the floor/wall(except when eaten by a Leviathan or Amara), but with Cas we just see him explode like a balloon of chunky soup... except for when Lucy stabbed him.
@@motox20 maybe god brought him back before cas gone to emptiness
@@motox20 i always thought the "i rebuilt castiel more times than i can count" line was referencing like throughout time not just in the most recent deaths he has had. i could be wrong though.
@@motox20 I totally agree and remember when lucy killed one of the angels while hes was in Castiel's vessel and the angel just kinda went *poof* lucy then said "he who hesitates *snaps* disintegrates"
All of Mojo videos are bad
Seen supernatural loads of times, pretty sure any big fans of the programme will have already noticed these plot holes
Right!!!
I've noticed most of them, but I'll admit I didn't notice the purgatory plothole about Dean not having any food or hair growth.
Dean's purgatory "plot hole" explained: eating bark, leaves and meat from the things he killed. Lack of hair growth, easy. He used the blade he picked up to cut his hair.
We only saw bits and pieces of his time in purgatory, not the whole year.
Jensen explained the lack of hair growth at a con. He was supposed to have his hiatus scruff just like Misha, but he had to film other scenes where he had to be his normal self before any of the purgatory scenes.
"the antichrist boy" was interesting i always wanted him to return
Yes! I have always wondered/waited to see if his "power" was going to be used/needed...
@@laurenmarie2511 Its was taken away once Sam and Dead stopped the Apocolypse. The kid is just a kid. Jack probably changed alot of shit too once he took Chucks powers. Jessie Turner isnt the Antichrist anymore.

That's true
Is the god weaker than azmodious.he can't keep him in eye I'm sure it's plot hole
saman monajemi I think he’s not really God. I think that’s going to be the twist this season
ODST General I think I saw that video too. Is it the one where they said that he might actually be the empty?
@@Brtobersrtjf the god of this setting is also more than happy to lie about things to make the story more dramatic, so not really a plot hole, just annoying.
Angels are still in their vessels so we know who they are, lmao.
Actually it was explained in Dark Side Of The Moon, in heaven they aren't still in their vessels, just that's what we (humans) see because we're "limited".
OR it's just the show's abstraction for budget reasons and, as an excuse, for us to easily identify them
It would be kind of dumb if we just saw glowing screeching lights and every time the re left heaven they’d have to re ask consent for the vessel
That actually was Cass not Crowley who brought Sam's body back, he tells it in 6×20
@@the_whisperinGSilence Cass shouldn't be able to do it either- he was barely able to rescue Dean from hell the first time, and he wasn't in the cage. They just had to pull something out of their ass to keep the show going after the season 5 finale.
@@Keira_Blackstone , makes sense, ahahah.
But also here is the fact that in the season 5 finale Cass said that he was rebuilt kinda "new and improved". Cass became stronger, he became a seraph after Lucifer explosed him and God brought him back.
But we don't exactly know if this power was enough to go to hell, in this cage, and take smth outta it.
What about the fact that when they went down to the cage, adam wasn't in there?
The fight between the boys and lucifer wasnt in the actual cage...rowena opened it and only summoned lucifer who then was outside of the cage but still trapped.
THANK YOU. I was like, HELLO?
Yeah. Where the hell was Michael and Adam?
If i remember correctly, the cage we see isnt the actual cage, but sort ot an entry room. Rowena summon only lucifer from the actual cage to the "entry room" and free him
The cage is hanging in hell. The cage that we see Lucifer in when Sam, Crowley, Rowena (and eventually Castiel and Dean) is sort of a gate way to the actual cage where only Lucifer was summoned to it as they only wanted Lucifer.
Practically all of these plot holes happen after season 5.
I'm so glad they mentioned the Anti Christ. Hope he comes back
Taken out of context that's a pretty fucked up thing to say.
@@everdream4200 Yes! We need Jesse back in s15 to help the boys.

@@PO-qw5ux Excellent point!
Christ needs to show up idk why he’s never been mentioned
There is a major plot hole in the episode where dean pulls a back to the future meeting his dad a lot younger. When the waiter asks john how his dad was doing he said hes fine but when dean and sam meet their grandpa it turned out that john last saw his dad when he was 5 I think..
Source of income: Charlie hacked a card for the boys that was unlimited and before that they applied for credit cards under fake names
God rebuilt “Jimmy” and even gave Cas an upgrade to Seraph.
These are all very small common retcons that would happen to any show over the course of 15 years and multiple showrunners, had Kripke ended it after S5 like he originally intended the story would have been flawless

THAT WASNT JIMMY NOVAK JIMMU HAD DIED BY THEN!! GOD BROUGHT BACK THE VESSEL AND COULD HAVE STRENGTHED IT FOR CAS TO NOT DIE AGAIN!!!
A show running so long is definitely gonna have continuity errors
#3 just cause you've come back before doesn't mean you come back again.
Reacting to a loved ones death is a natural human reaction, I wouldn't really call that a plot hole? lmao
Isn't it?! That's like pretending that just because you know that your kid's leg will heal, you'll never be sad if it get broken.
I have to agree that this should be on here-only bc of the episodes where THEY joke about how many times they've died, and bc of one ep. in particular:
The one where masked hunters hold a gun on them in a motel room. Dean recognizes a voice, and says: *You can kill us, but you know we'll be back* , & then, you're on our list. (Sam & Dean are shot in the head.) Both were alive by the end of the episode, smh..
@Melissa Waterman Indeed. I think I must've written head bc I was thinking abt how Dean joked before death, but you are correct.
Season 15 cleared most of this up. Plot armor/luck which Chuck took away near the end.
Try the fact that Lucifer should have known that a normal angel blade wouldn't kill an archangel, only an archangel blad could, so he would have known that Gabe wasn't dead.
I wanna believe the theory that chuck is actually a third sibling of god and amara acting as god and trapped the real god in the empty
Why? God as the ultimate last season big bad is a lot more interesting than some retcon third sibling.
sk70091 because in some biblical context it’s written that there’s a being known as the Demiurge or Yaldabaoth also known as the “God of Control” which basically means anti-free will.
Was thinking this as well. That's why they call him Chuck in the first place.
@@AZambri1 only problem with that is amara would have said he wasn't god.
like Loki did in Thor Ragnarok
SPN established that we all have own heavens and that we see what we want to see. I never assumed the angels were actually in their vessels in heaven. That was Josh.
ALMOST ALL OF THESE HAVE ANSWERS. im just saying...
I love the show, but lets not be fanboys, the most consistent plot of the entire show is from season 1-5 the rest is good but was made out of its popularity, so yeah, even after finishing the entirety of the show, that is very clear in retrospective.

How can god create all universe, there is only one god and one darkness, yet
lucifer is evil in every dimension. Didn’t he become evil because of the mark of Cain in the first place? The mark of Cain was created to put the darkness in a cage?
it's possible that accepting something as powerful as the mark puts it on every possible version of yourself in every universe, but that's definitely something that's never explained.

I LOVE YOU MSMOJO
Reasons Why:
SPOILERS.
Honorable Mentions:
Boys are basic criminals.
@@jhoyamiyu8993 That's true. I suspected for a while that God just made new castiels with updated memories everytime he died.
@@kevintyson2937 that could explain a lot and if we consider that Jack only knew the latest version of cas, it's normal that he went to that one instead of waking up an oldest version without all the memory uploaded. but we're still talking about something that's not even canon yet.. everything is possibile.

I was looking for one who has already mentioned it, thank you
regarding getting out of the empty
My rationale there is, when someone/something dies, a reaper shows up to take them where they're going.
Woe, that I didn't know. Also find it funny that Henry could "recharge" his soul after using it for time travel.
Chuck said "I've remade Castiel more times than i can count" maybe these are just clones he made with the memories of the real Castiel and never brought him back
