Tracey grew up with my dad and my uncle's in Sarepta Louisiana, I sang with his mom Peggy in church and she is the librarian at the town's small library there. I'm proud to be from there.
He is very good friends with a couple of friends of ours. Plus he has Mark Horn ( or had , I think Mark is driving the bus now ) which is a good friend of ours as well. Very Humble individual, and loves my boiled peanuts.

I did some remodel work at a big amphitheater that got damaged from weather. We ate where the show people would eat. The guy that prepared the food said a big guy with a pony tail and a cowboy hat came in one day and was eating.. he said that he thought he was the truck driver for who ever was on that night. Said he was a super nice guy they ate and talked. As he walked out the big man said "you dont know who I am do you?" Its was Trace Atkins .....lol

Much of the series was shot on location in the Los Angeles beach community of San Pedro.
