Such a beautiful place again. Those base jumpers are nuts…just absolutely crazy nuts 🥜 Cheese fondue looked pretty awesome and perfect score on your spatial awareness Sarah ✅✅✅ Beautiful town, pure Swiss chocolate box picture perfect, and such a lovely vlog 😊 Can’t type any more as need to find out what this meat and cheese is all about 😂😂
😂😂 cheese is a kind of meat video will have you scratching your head!! It’s a knockout isn’t it? Such a photographer’s dream. And Sarah, is now the mother of special awareness!! That pizza was measured to perfection 🤩 Thanks you two, for putting a smile on our faces 😁
Switzerland 🇨🇭 never disappoints does it! Even in the rain and mist it looked magical. Loved that you didn’t miss an opportunity for a “few” beers whilst the weather was bad 😅😂 The base jumpers are crazy there.. you have to watch through your fingers 😬🫣 A superb watch, loved the music 🎶 Brilliant once more… 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
We’re becoming very good at creating opportunities to look after the hospitality industry when the weather is bad 😉 Base jumpers are crazy! Got Andy’s name written all over it!! Glad you enjoyed it 🤩🙏🏼
Love your vlog, looks like a lovely location. We walked up to the Morteratsch glacier in July and that too was beautiful, hopefully next year we will return to Switzerland and get to visit Lauterbrunnen in our Cali, fingers crossed and lots of saving ;-)
Thanks a lot 😁 It’s called a vignette. It’s a legal requirement to drive on their roads, a little like our road tax. It lasts for the entirety of that calendar year 👍🏼
Absolutely class again you two! 👏 I laughed out loud at the walking passed video.... Got to be done! 🤣 The valley looked amazing and all the waterfalls look brilliant too. Those base jumpers were shifting through the air weren't they?! 😬 Until next time! Stay safe and all the best to you both!👍
😂😂😂 I couldn’t put music to the walk past, little nod to my bald brother 😉 Oh mate, the base jumpers were crazy! They absolutely flew!!! Cheers Lou! I’m up in sunny Blackpool tomorrow for a site visit, kiss me quick 😁
@@Professionalmoochers You lucky man. We should be in the house 2 weeks today. So you should both come down for the weekend once we are in. We can go out and have a drink. Then show you the sites! 😅👍
It’s much more amazing than it looks on camera! You have to see it for yourself 🤯 It was a Sony A6600, since upgraded to the A6700 but they’re both similar 👍🏼
I love watching you both, you definitely visit some beautiful and amazing locations. My travel journal seems to be filling up fast with travel and holiday locations, to visit. Lauterbrunnen looks stunning, Switzerland 🇨🇭 has always been on my radar so I'm sure I could easily spend 2 weeks touring the country.
@@Professionalmoochers Yes you are right Alan as I only get 2 weeks holiday at a time I may have to make several trips throughout the year, at different times. I think the 40€ vignette lasts for 12months.
Yea the vignette is for the calendar year which is printed on the sticker. I’d happily do long drives each direction and visit for a week which, we’re hoping to do In around 12 months for a skiing trip 🤞🏼
We’re planning a Swiss trip this year…Lauterbrunnen it is then! A couple of weeks down there and back should be enough do you reckon? Where would you stop en route?
Absolutely! Perfect base. You can easily get a train to nearby Grindelwald and Interlaken, both almost as beautiful as Lauterbrunnen. 2 weeks is plenty, ideally split the drive from Calais in two. We normally stop at a services to sleep then head off again but we did stop at Circuit du Reims in 2019, great old race track stands. Belgium isn’t at the half way point but, well worth a visit on your way home for something different, and close to Calais. Our favourite is either Ypres or, the location in tomorrow’s video, super special!! You’ll 100% have an amazing trip no matter what 👌🏼
Hey guys. Where did you camp your van in Lauterbrunnen. Was it a paid campsite or is there free camping available? Also how many days total did you stay there.
Hi! We stayed at camping jungfrau for 3 nights. Switzerland are pretty strict on non site camping but it’s a really good site in an excellent location 👌🏼
Fabulous, thanks for taking us with you 👍
Thanks for coming 😁👌🏼
Excellent footage, stunning location.
Thanks Gillian 🙏🏼

On the 1-10 scale, a clear 10. Brilliantly captured. Stunning! 💚💙
Awwwww thanks Michele!!
This area is one of our favourites 😍
We were at this campsite end of September last year. It was breathtaking and we want to go back.
Unbelievable isn’t it?
Surely it has to be in the planets top 10 🤩
It looks absolutely stunning. 😊

Just awesome, thinking of taking up base jumping whilst eating that pizza mid air 😂😂😂😂 love the Alps they are incredible 👌👍
Pizza wouldn’t last 2 seconds, the speed they fall at is ridiculous!! 😮
Alps are just the best 🤩

Thank you 🙏🏼
Excellent vlog, really fancy a pizza now 😆😆
What?? Even after us butchering that slab pizza and cooking on the ridge monkey??? 😂😂
It was genuinely tasty though.
Thanks a lot 🙏🏼
This is on my list and has been for a while. If France goes well next year then definitely off to Switzerland 2025.
Cheese fondue 🤤😂
This is the best place you’ll ever visit… fact!!
Great video and fabulous scenery.
What was the sticker at the beginning?

We’ll bring our own as that’s barely enough for Sylw 😂
Chocolate box city…👏🍻
And the chocolate is as good as the views 😋
Love this some much definitely on my bucket list to visit here .

2 weeks is never long enough, for Switzerland but, it has to be seen to be believed so I’d suggest you make it a priority 🤩
