After using it for a year, before someone stole it from me, I have to agree. It was the best piece of gear, side by side with my multitool. Buff is the clothes multitool!
When I was a kid. I cut a sleeve off, of a white t-shirt. Wore it around my mouth and kept it in case I need a sturdy scarf... I parallel though like a genius.
This is a fantastic thing to have, so many different ways to use. I tend to soak it in water and wear it so that it covers my neck - invaluable on long walks in hot weather..
Had my buff for about 2 years, freezing my ass off working out doors and wearing a neck warmer and wolley hat, the "balaclava hack" has just changed my life
Got my coolnet UV + insect buff and can't wait to wear it on my upcoming desert/boating trips in the next few months. Used to have one when I was little, and finally saw it again as an adult and am still in love with the designs and the usefulness of it.
A water filter, a medic gauze or bandage. I even used it for my tennis elbow and it worked! If anybody works outside, either on cold or hot enviroment. sea or mountain, the Buff helps A LOT. That was until it got stollen from me!! Good luck to you!
Someone got me a Star Wars one for a leaving gift at work. I didn’t realise what it was for a while, then when I got it out and tried it on I was so happy with it. The great thing is I can keep it in my waterproof jacket and when it’s not just wet but cold too, the balaclava traps air between the hood, buff and my head, keeping my head, nose, mouth and neck warm. So useful.
Man I got one, the merinowool doesnt itch at all and even if covered over your mouth all day long it will only get slightly damp, when taking it off that will dry in and under 5min. I got the olivedrab summer version but using it doubled up in winter, even doubled up its long enough to cover the neck, ears and etc. And its so warm that lots of times I resort to undoubling it!
I recently bought the 'Shading Blue' which has a very visible seam on the inside and outside. My older Buff from 4 years ago doesnt have that. Slightly disappointing but I'm still satisfied with it.
I had the original Buff for a year, before it got stolen. They didn't steal anything else from my bag, only the BUFF . Unfortunately, I lost my job, because of the pandemic, the place I used to eork, is now closed for ever... I will never be able to buy a Buff again. They are very expensive where I live. Good luck to you guys
Wow, you can buy fast wicking, fast drying, breathable merino wool handkerchiefs now? Ones that cost 50 cents? That's like, what, 35p or something? Where do you get these? I hope they ship to the U. K.
There might be no seams, but I’ve just bought a pair from Amazon and the wash/care label is huge and is very irritating. If you cut it off it just gives you a straight edge of harder fabric. Sort it out, about all I can tell is it was made in Barcelona and needs to be hand washed….
Wow this is going to be a late answer since you posted this question 2 years ago. Salt Armour is a good value, but the buff is slightly better in quality. I own both brands. The salt Armour brand will pill and fray before the buff will, however, I don't think you'd be unhappy with either brand.
Sure they're an amazing product, but is the "Buff" worth over $20... not when they cost 0.65 to make market and ship... rip-off. And irritating to think about. Make an ethical consumer choice. Buy a half dozen kock off bluffs for $10.
this one seems like one of the greatest inventions of mankind
After using it for a year, before someone stole it from me, I have to agree. It was the best piece of gear, side by side with my multitool. Buff is the clothes multitool!
I want one for my birthday but for rn I'm stuck with the knockoffs

I have watched this video many times over the years but I still have to come back to see how he does it.
Lol, me too, just now!
The “Original Buff”.
It’s not like riding a bike.
The best video for using a buff. Direct precise, easy to follow. No none sense adlibs. THANK YOU.
You have mastered this. I'm genuinely impressed by you.
I’be owned one for a really long time now and gotta say for someone who works outside in the Florida Summers its helps out a lot.
Just bought a thermonet buff for snowboarding, and already love it. That balaclava trick is amazing; I can't wait to try it!!
Great video! Efficient, to the point, understandable, professional. Thank you!
I love the versatility of this headwear. I bought 3 styles.
This is the kind of shit I’d recommended to everyone. Absolutely love your product🖤

Can Someone Tell me WHICH specific BUFF that is?!?!?!?!
+ducktapebmxman The video is a couple of years old. I didn't see it on their site. Most likely that exact buff patern has been discontinued.
thx for sharing
