normally, zk can clear admin , delete user and finger print,or renew finger print by software, i do not know the reset button. i am sorry that cannot solve the problem for you.you can reset by the software, you install software from the CD.

first you change adapter test if still you unplug all connection leave only screen connected and turn on device if still change memory card(main board) test

thank you, first you remove memory card and reinstall if still problem need to replace memory card. this also can reset buy need support from factory.

Most problem memory card error ,do you upgrade firmware ? try to reconnect cables and reinstall memory card test first
