I bought 2011 January Honda City V MT in June 2021 for 3.2 Lakhs. No mechanical problems, getting it serviced from outside. But the tyres were from 2017 and now my regular garage said that Tyres should be changed. Should I change the tyres for 20k for 4 tyres and continue to use it beyond 15 years? Ippove 12 years + aayachu. Or should I sell the car? Sir, please help with your opinion.

Oil leak is a major issue if it is unfixed it will lead to engine collapse and radiator coolent leak and cyclinder head / block damage.
It's not 3.4 L , its 2008 Pre facelift 8 th gen 2.4 Ivtec 180 BHP , i have 2012 model
