I’ve been to her concert twice… both times she closed the show with this song and made me cry both times… she is definitely a force to be reckoned with…
We saw her in St Pete a couple years ago. She sat on a stool with someone playing acoustic guitar and her voice filled the theater. Spellbinding and raw. One of the best performances I have ever seen.
She's had quite a few hits but this just might be my favorite of hers. She worked through so much pain and came out the other side fiercely hopeful and forgiving. Amazing stuff.
@@vaughnnewman8903 Yes and I grew up with her music. I always come back to this particular song after every traumatic experience just to remind myself to forgive.
Thank you Sarah for showing some love to Canada again!! Alanis is such a talent! If you have the chance please add "Try" by Blue Rodeo to your list for some more Canadian Gold!! Cheers,
Não tem como não relembrar a minha adolescência e não pensar em Alanis. Anos 70, 80, 90 e início de 2000, musicalmente, não teremos nada mais igual . Agora é só aguardar a volta de Cristo.
Your reaction was the same as mine . Her voice touches your soul .. at once full of joy and full of pain … the primal soaring notes at the end ! Amazing
Jagged Little Pill is my favorite all-time record album of all. Her music was constantly played on G105 out of Raleigh in the nineties. Love the Bob and Madison Show they were Daredevils.
So many years of this song, so many things that happen in our lives and it still makes my skin crawl when I listen and understand the meaning behind this beautiful song, my love for this woman, for her voice, for her consequence will last until the last day that I am here. ...
Love the song your vibe too too this song is so awesome love it Sarah . You always so awesome beautiful on your youtube channel too thank you for sharing your video with us as always your so awesome on it love it Sarah.🌹❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍
Alanis has been in my life since my early 20's!😎❤ I'm 50yrs old now..a woman. I love Alanis still!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤😎❤❤❤❤❤❤ She was underappreciated back then!! Not by me tho!! I knew exactly what I was listening to..greatness!!🔴😎
I saw her in my city when this album came out. The classic unbuttoned sleeve look from her in the 90s! & I agree with another poster- 'Uninvited' is epic! But I love a lot of her songs. She scared some people though that saw her as angry. Another really powerful singer is Melissa Etheridge, who I saw at a venue with amazing acoustics.
I really appreciate your reaction videos. It’s wonderful to share these beautiful pieces of art with another human being who can feel them so deeply. I think you would enjoy a very profound electric guitar instrumental (mostly instrumental) from long ago. From the album “Maggot Brain” by a band called Funkadelic, a piece called: MAGGOT BRAIN. It is hypnotically beautiful and wonderfully emotional guitar journey. I really think you are a person who can appreciate it. Much love to you.
Didn't care for her when she came out but being a good BF itook my wife to see her in Cleveland i was blown away the band and her were fabulous big fan now

NOW, try the MISSION SOULS COVERED THANK YOU a family bonding fr. the PHILIPPINES. hope your interested to take a look this missiond souls coverd.THANK YOU
I'm not hating and you seem genuinely nice to but I'm going to make an observation. There are so many reactors just like you here that simply gush about how good the artist is without really offering anything beyond that. No breakdown of song theme or lyrical content/context. No dissertation of vocal style she sings in. Nothing about what she's trying to say with song.. etc. there's just so much more to react to. For a good example of what I'm talking about about watch Phil from wings of Pegasus who is probably the best at what I'm talking about. I think it would help you expand your content beyond what your currently doing. If that's something you want to do I guess. Take care 👍
Is just like when it comes to reactors, they could go one of two ways, they could be like her, and just listen to the song and react what they're feeling, OR go to the way you're talking about, and give like a masters class in breaking down the song and how the person is singing it. But trying to do both I think would be a little much.
She went to india to heal a broken heart. Thanking india for their wisdom to be strong
When Alanis sings she seems to shine from within somehow. I can’t explain.
Yeah science kind of breaks when Alanis happens. She’s something else.
She puts on a great live show. I went to see her back in '09 and I was amazed.
I’ve been to her concert twice… both times she closed the show with this song and made me cry both times… she is definitely a force to be reckoned with…

I just saw her last Sunday and it was incredible. I also cried during Thank You and I didn't expect it at all, but it got me for some reason.
One of the single most beautifully sung songs I've ever heard, especially at the end.
This song gives me chills and the tears come every time.
especially with the video
I'm a guy in L.A in his 50s...and this gets me every time
When you consider the lyrics, and the message behind them, this song is seriously underrated, IMHO
When she puts her voice on 'blast' she can blow this Earth out of existence!
"Uninvited" is my all time favorite of hers, it hits hard and it hits deep. RIP Taylor Hawkins, her former and Foo Fighters drummer.
When I saw her on the Jagged tour my attention was on the drummer. Who knew he'd be so big someday? This song I hear him. Such a shame..
Thousand percent for sure
I have a time machine, who wants to accompany me back to the 90's?
Alanis always brought it big time. Saw her alive and she was absolutely incredible. 😁👍
Alanis Morissette is just a great Singer and always one of my Favorite, thank you for that video.
This song, the lyrics… they’re so simple and so powerful. It’s a very important song ❤️
The pipes on her... amazing. True artist

The music video to this song was powerful as well.
Jagged Little Pill is my favorite all-time record album of all. Her music was constantly played on G105 out of Raleigh in the nineties. Love the Bob and Madison Show they were Daredevils.
Queria "Desouvir" pra ter a experiência de ouvir de novo pela primeira vez

After her fest two albums. She has always had a great band. Sometimes including her playing as well.
I saw her in my city when this album came out. The classic unbuttoned sleeve look from her in the 90s!

Alanis…hmm…These songs from the past trigger emotions that recall memories that I’ve connected with a song. ‘Thank you’
This song is in my album collection.
Alanis is in that group of singers and bands that are just far better seeing and hearing live in concert
You just opened a can of worms 😁 you need to check out "one hand in my pocket"..."head over feet" and "ironic"...just to name a few 🙏
My favourite video of this song. Amazing and timeless

Welcome to Canada beautiful lady.
