I feel that Alissa and the guys have figured the equation out. Going from the guttural-based, “evil-sounding” vocal style of Angela to a more melodic, more pitched, but still brutal vocal style of Alissa required some slight change in the musical style/songwriting to fit the different vocalist. Yes, that "weird way" Punk-ish vibe you're getting is from the D-beat. Michael came from Carnage, which was heavily influenced by Swedish Hardcore, like almost all, if not all Swedish Death Metal.

Knocked Loose reaction when??
Thanks for uploading! Enjoyed it a lot. 🤘 Subbed.
Wait you didn’t know his channel before???
@@HermioneGranger-sr4vz Nop. I'm here now though. 😆 Late to the party? How about that new track Hermione?
@@HermioneGranger-sr4vz Which of his reactions do you enjoy the most?
@@mikeh6286 The new track is fucking lit 🔥!!! Fun fact i discovered this band this year and i was patiently waiting for a new song to drop since they haven’t released anything since 2017 . I guess the wait wasn’t too long from me 😂
@@mikeh6286 Well i really love his reactions so i would say most of them . I’m kinda surprise though you didn’t know him before because this guy is fucking everywhere in the comments of each Metal music videos i watch
can you react to Heart Of Gold by Buried on Sunday ? they're kind of underground but show great potential
3:43 Same idea. Amott cant let him shine :/
Not true. Check out the article on guitarworld. I'm excited to see what else is coming. I think there might be some Loomis!😆
_Amott wrote four other full songs in Mexico, then flew back to Sweden and, between gigs, continued writing in his home studio. At one point, he asked Loomis-who was the primary songwriter in Nevermore-if he had any songs to contribute and Loomis was almost ashamed to admit he hadn’t written anything._
_“When they started writing, the album came together really fast,” Loomis says. “I did submit three songs, but I think I might have missed the deadline. I feel really bad about that, but at the same time, I didn’t want to be the new guy coming in saying, ‘Okay, here’s a bunch of new songs I wrote. Let’s go record them.’ So I only did those three and honestly, I don’t think they were in the Arch Enemy style.”_
_“I feel lucky just to have Jeff playing solos on the record,” says Amott._
@@mikeh6286 they are trying to hold their style but everything changing. Jeff's ideas coming like a new breath for AE i think, so i cant wait to hear Jeff's leads
@@hayrullahklc7105 I sure hope so! I want them to write like Mike and Chris did. The golden era of AE.
"bass is a thing" lmao
Haha. Nice to throw that in there like that.
I don't know. I kinda feel since War Eternal it's all been more of the same to such an extent that they've become a cover band of themselves.
We can't really tell until the album drops. The song is going to be wild when played live. So many bands release "studio music" nowadays but what I like about this new track is that it's totally a live song. More so than the songs from the last two albums.
