Thank you for sharing! I may use it for my last child for middle and HS😢 I used it for the high school years with my last homeschool graduate and she did well. I used it along with science on demand videos with Catie Frates, because I’m not a science gal. Thanks again for sharing❤
Hahhahaha the ending is so me ❤😂 this video was great! I started doing the good in the beautiful units this year, but have been visiting the idea of Apologia!
I’ve never looked at TGTB science. And yes, watching back video of myself is ridiculous… especially during mess ups. I can’t help but put bloopers out there sometimes!
Have a great school year! Years ago (before I worked with Apologia) my oldest did an extra year in the elementary books before moving into middle school. It worked out well for her and I don't regret the extra year having them together. She too missed Botany. She grew a sunflower patch this year on her own after graduating so I think she did okay without it 😆 ~Misty
My oldest hates science but the one under him is obsessed with science!!! We’ve used more than one science curriculum but I’ve loved the ones we have used!!! I love making work more in depth for my older kids!!! I don’t filter the work as I buy Christian Science curriculums and we speak about the lessons!!!
We love apologia!! And I totally agree, it is just that good!! We bought zoology 1 for next year, but my kiddos BEGGED me to start it this summer, so we did 😂 How did the physics/chemistry one go for you? That's the only one I'm worried about, not because of apologia, but because of the subject material . . . Which is crazy, because my mom is literally a chemist 😂
That was actually one of my favorites! It’s a little more intense than the zoology ones but really fun because of all the demonstrations and experiments!
In these younger levels, it doesn’t really that I’ve noticed but is constantly pointing to our creator. If you are wanting resources that go deeper in that, i recommend this: www.christianbook.com/answers-for-kids-bible-curriculum/9781600923098/pd/201463?en=google&event=SHOP&kw=sunday-school-20-40%7C201463&p=1179710&dv=m&cb_src=google&cb_typ=shopping&cb_cmp=233748492&cb_adg=14860135812&cb_kyw=&snav=667291&gclid=CjwKCAjw29ymBhAKEiwAHJbJ8htlr1UjxVVpRK2vaN-M0DFaljjcohG8zHBB-INChbH5isuBwEE1IRoCAxYQAvD_BwE
Apologia sounds good. I didn’t know about the cd or mp3 . I wondered about the intense reading. Thank you 🙏🏽
You are so welcome. Listening to it during meal times is perfect for us!
😆 I love how you doing take yourself too seriously! I'm going to look into Apologia for science once my oldest gets into middle school.
We love it! (And you have to be a little silly or life is too boring! Lol)
Great video, thank you!

Haven’t heard of Cathie Frates, sounds interesting!

I love that! Good to hear that this way can work, too! I really need them together this year!

@@MommaonMission good to know!!
How long does a full lesson take?
Does it address the evidence of evolution? Thanks
