''Legal''smoking area is only in casino and on just one section of the starboard deck, drink packages are $59.95 PLUS 18% gratuity......AND each person in room (over 21) must buy the package .

I hung out on Deck 10 (Panorama Deck) Smoking area. Not a Casino person so ... but, I know of no other smoking areas . Unless someone was smoking where they weren't supposed to be? :)
