I'm curious why your luggage wasn't delivered to your room. Did the identification fall off? Also, the decor is.....well, it's extra. It's quite busy and too dark. It's almost like too many people were in charge and demanded that all of their ideas be used.

Back in March while boarding the Horizon in Miami they also told us that they couldn't take our cash and we had to do it on the ship. The kiosks are so convenient and I like using them. Yall look like alot of fun to be around!
