You are not a result of what happened to you, you are a result of what you CHOOSE to be!
You are such an inspiration to us all.

Great video. Resilience is our ability to let go, reset, and move forward. We can't change what happens around us, but we can choose how we respond. No amount of regret can change the past, no amount of anxiety can change the future.

Resilience is a really good power, you can raise yourself every day in this way, and I would like to add something, it's my mindset, personally, I think that the pray can also help everyone, it's really good energy and powerful! Thank you for having shared your awesome story!

These were very important lessons that can certainly be applied and help with so many issues. But as with everything, listening is not applying. Apply the skills taught in this video consistently and you will achieve so much more in life.

I have build some resilience but not half as much as I could have if I had had more of your perspective at an earlier age. You are a beacon for my children’s generation, so I am sharing your talk with all the “30something” people in my life. 👍👍👍👍👍

She said that the challenges her parents had to go through have built her independence and lead her to have resilience.
So basically if I am a spoiled person who is given everything she wanted, I can never be resilient?

The Supreme Lord is the perfection, the embodiment of spiritual love. This pollution is darkness. Darkness cannot be smashed away with a hammer. Rather where there is light, there is darkness no more. Therefore we ask the Supreme Lord, please stay in our hearts. Please let me have a heart which is full of love. Please let me love You. And everything will be light.
