  • THIS IS A FORK OIL DRAIN & REFILL VIDEO ON NON LEAKING FORK SEALS - Those who wish to disassemble the fork leg to do this procuedure, you may do so. This is my way on a pair of forks that do NOT have leaking seals.
The seals are in good condition and was replaced last year. I decided to service the oil as it was overdue with 4000 miles since l put fresh oil in it.
Note when removing stiction, make sure to clean the inner fork leg/stanchion, remove the dust seal, then apply a tiny bit of high temp wheel bearing grease around fork leg and keep pumping the fork until all the grease is absorbed up by the seal. Then secure the dust seal and you are good to go.

This procedure is done on NON-LEAKING FORK SEALS. You can disassemble the fork legs and refill the oil, however in my application my fork seals are new and I dont need to take them apart to refill fresh oil.

Used google translate to understand your question. I used the measuring cylinder to measure exactly what came out from the forks. Note that if your forks were leaking then you cannot do this procedure to replace and refill new fork oil. I used the same amount that came out to put fresh oil in. Hope that helps.
