Thank you for your vid. I had initially been searching for a air filter assembly video. I had taken mine apart a year ago, and had forgotten how to re assemble it. Oddly enough, mine did not have the inner filter and a different wing-bolt. I did not buy mine new, so it may not have been stock. My stumble was where the fined plastic part went. Not sure if it was on the inside or the outside. Your vid cleared that up. Thanks! My tachometer has recently stopped working, so I would love to see if you had a solution for that. You are missing the spring that goes under the fuel filter to keep upward pressure on it. Without it, the filter can come loose from the oring it the top of the filter. You won't realize it it dropped down a few millimeters, but you will get unfiltered fuel bypassing the filter! They are cheap, so buy two or three. You WILL lose them.
