Shortest two answers: 1st - Microsoft released their final batch of backwards compatible games in November 2021. 2nd - Licensing.

I'd love to see Chronicles of Riddick Escape from Butcher Bay on the backward compatibility list! It's an extremely underrated game!

Microsoft's last batch of backwards compatible games were released in November 2021.

just play em on the old consoles. i dont need crappy antique games on my 2024 consoles. Its actually stupid to even act like it matters. Backwords compatability is dumb. its the same games! Maybe focus on making new games instead of wasting time and money making old games work on new consoles that roughly 6% of gamers will ever play on them.
