- Note: it is not advised to draw on your instructor. He has a tendency to give more homework on days when things like that happen.
I use the term "dead zones" in reference to Fusion's video on the subject, timestamped to that discussion here: • Win Easier by Position...

I love when the teacher explains an experience from when they were a student, it makes it feel more like they actually care about teaching and they're not there just because it's their job.
being one of the first comments always feels like when you get to class really early and only three other students and the teacher are there and youre like. oh
update: the teacher's cat is also here
That's my life
I was almost late every day
Then i must be the student who comes in 20-30 minutes late w food or a drink in their hands bc.. 😵💫
It's always 3
Gem: "I'll show the places I want to be in green, and the places I don't want to be in red."
Me (Colourblind): WHERE SHOULD HE BE?!?
I'm really sorry about that, poor planning on my part
Gem’s inkling looks SO offended that it’s been drawn on and I love it
Just one of those days where you reconsider all your life choices
I feel like this was the lesson that finally helped me with understanding cover and where you want to be with your weapon. I play Blaster and tend to be kinda stupidly aggressive with it, but this got me thinking more about trying to find good positions where I am not just going to die and I felt like I was playing so much better when I jumped into series. I know that's not the main point, I know Gem has talked about that before, but for whatever reason, this was what got it to stick
Im pretty good at this stuff, so good I get headaches in public when its so crowded, as when I walk, I am constantly "calculating" my movement and everyone elses movement, to where I basically figure out where they are and where theyre going and when theyll get there so that I wont collide with them. I will move out of their way long before theyve probably even noticed me. In mass crowds, this overloads my head as people skirt around each other and change directions enough where my head just gets overwhelmed plotting it all out
In a large crowd? I've found an *very* effective way to signal the way you intend to move by holding one arm out in front of you in the direction you want to go. I'm far from a talkative person in public, but even saying nothing, people generally understand my intent and will try to route themselves around where I gesture.
Granted, in game I'm well aware of failing to notice details of what others are doing, but sometimes a little signaling of your own can simplify that decision making.
This is gold! My team captain started doing this for every map. We found out it's extremely helpful to know where to position ourselves when pushing and defending. Without this we just felt lost and didn't know what to guard, what to see and what flanks to defend.
Thanks Gem I’ll apply this to my dating life too
Draw a bunch of dots all over your date's house, so you know where to stand so they can't see you at night!
I love this group roleplay of a classroom we've got going on
Romeo is top priority Gem. Squid game comes second
4:15 Damn, Gem's actually kinda spitting bars 🔥🔥🔥
OMG "GOGGLES" AND "GOGGLES GF" HELP IVE PLAYED AGAINST THEM BEFOREA AHHAHAHA
Skip to 1:00 for meow
mow :•ㅇ
I have a really hard time telling the dots apart at 3:04. For my colourblindness, a light blue and red would be much more readable
i had the same problem, maybe he could use a blue and orange just like the color lock option for the actual game
@@nightcap._. I left red for my suggestion since it still carries the connotation of danger in a way orange doesn’t
My dumb brain just went "like a stoplight" and forgot why stoplights actually work for colorblind people. Really sorry about that. For what it's worth, that information isn't so much the point of the video, it being very specific and unique to my weapon and perspective on the game, as the concept of putting the dots on the map in the first place.
something that might be more readable than different colours: circles ⭕ and crosses ❌
id love a long video breaking down short ranged shooter positions on every map
I was just struggling with this LMAO
Man a cat named Romeo is sick, I’m writing this down.
0:28: VROOMY
Internet has ruined me. the red dots are among us
Gem spreading misinformation without the miss
oh hey good morning
Um it still says breaking down gridlock
How do u feel school that I was chilling?
Good topic
