@@vazgenmelikyan2426 if you are a beginner start by doing 3-5 sets of 5-10 with a 3 -5 minute break. If you are more advanced than that i would recommend doing 1-10-1 pyramid, this pyramid is 100 reps. Do that pyramid for a while 3 or 4 times a week. Thats what i did , wheb it became easy i just started doing 5-6 a minute evry minute for as much as i could. Hope this helps. My current record is 450 in one hour , and 600 in 100 minutes

Haven’t had a drink in 6 months now, don’t ever want another one and I’m down 50lbs so far. Sure wish I started this journey years ago. But starting it now at 41. Gotta start somewhere though. But if you can do 700 pullups in a day your tendons are superstrong already 👃 Remember that Truett did 100, and 200 pullups every day for years before he really started to ramp up the volume! While Ice Bathes and massages speeds up joint and muscle recovery, it inhibits your body's ability to adapt to increasing voume. But you can increase your odds of solid recovery with the right nutrition. Avoid Vitamin E and C supplements, too big amount of anti-oxidants inhibits protein synthesis and you tendons' ability to adapt to increasing volume. (That is from supplements, getting a lot of E and C from food is no problem). And then we all know the basics: Minimum 6mg of magnesium pr kg bodyweight. Rest, ice, keep getting stronger and training but don’t push yourself too hard on training days if you begin to feel a strain. Maybe do 100 a day for awhile and the tendons should strengthen up. Then do 200. Then if you feel good go up to 300 and so on

When you get to your goal time, move to six and start back at 40 minutes. Once you get to an hour, do 7 reps and so on until you hit 10 on the minute

How many calories do you eat in total? 800 seems low for breakfast for the work you do, is all meals around that?
I also tend to work out 2-3 hours per day and any breakfast above 1000 cal makes me feel way too sluggish. 800 cal for me (6’0, 200lbs) does the job

Tendons take longer to recover than muscles, give them proper rest or you will develop tendonitis
