That works until you're told you have to because your contract says "Other duties as assigned" in the fine print. That's how they get you. Your job is to perform your normal duties as well as anything else they ask you to do. Don't do your job? cya!
@@traugdor I was a training specialist. But when I was training, my regular duties were reduced. Smart employers know that if they punish their trainers, training will suffer. Then everyone's performance suffers.
The entitled attitude behind these shorts will not age well. We have been in a unique period of prosperity. As the jobs dry up and people fight over jobs this short will represent how out of touch people became during the good times.
