I’m a roof lead for a solar company for the last two years and if it’s something you’re trying to do join a company that doesn’t insist on finishing jobs every day it turns into hard hard labor intensive being in the sun till 5pm in the summer is definitely unacceptable

I just started a solar job with a company that only does public works. I’m making more money than I ever thought I would. More money than my college educated friends.

Are you a solar installer or technician? What did you start off with in terms of pay? I’m also from NJ, I start in 2 weeks recently graduated from electrical trade school and the company says my hours working won’t count towards my 8,000 hrs journeymans so it’s been weighing on my mind heavy to really pursue solar installation for the long term or go ahead and do something else electrical. How much is the compensation?? Btw I peeped your channel bro and saw ur beats🔥 I rap also man

If I get this job then I'm going to Oregon because it would also have better weather than where I'm from and a bit more wage/demand.
