This video should start with the fact that the only way to make a pie chart actually IN indesign, based on this video instruction, is to buy a font. Would have saved me time.
Agree with some of the comments about the solution being a paid one needing to be upfront. However, this video just saved my life under deadline with a bunch of charts I needed on short notice. Great, clear instruction, and really easy to follow. Thank you!
My issue is, sometimes when I change the line thickness for a line graph in excel, when I export it as a PDF the lines lose their thickness. What am I doing wrong?
Check out the full Advanced InDesign Course: bit.ly/2XhF6i5. This course is not for people brand new to InDesign. It’s for people who already know and understand the fundamentals. If you are already happy adding text & images to InDesign documents then this course is for you. Even if you consider yourself a heavy user, I promise there will be things in here that will blow your InDesign mind. You’ll learn advanced font tricks using Typekit & Opentype fonts, font grouping & font pairing. Mastering colour features like the colour theme tool and colour modes as well as professional proofing for colours for print. We’ll set permanent defaults for fonts, colours & will learn how to turn hyphenation off for good, once and for all.

Awesome tutorial👍👍👍

This is GREAT! Chartwell sounds awesome. Looking forward to using it
Illustrator was being a headache... Adobe Express is a million times simpler :) then just turn to 0% the background opacity before exporting.
My issue is, sometimes when I change the line thickness for a line graph in excel, when I export it as a PDF the lines lose their thickness. What am I doing wrong?
