How do you budget for Regular things that are inevitable? For example insurances like medical and car etc. Rent/mortgage, dental, haircuts/ nails, Utilities( gas, water, electric) cell phone, Netflix, Amazon prime stuff like this? I’m just curious because I see many of your envelopes are extracurricular
So for regular things I use my checking account. I always leave $100-200 from each paycheck in my checking to cover emergencies. I also let my TH-cam paychecks sit in my checking which adds up over the months. The money I take out for stuffing is what I have left after I pay my bills. I sold my house last June so I don’t have a mortgage right now which is why I’m able to save more. Really all I have is my car pmt phone & a few other small things. My medical dental and all that is covered through my job. Nails I budget for in my beauty envelope. Usually I just do press ons but my bf treated me to the ones I have on now. My envelopes are all for savings 😊 hope this helps!

Mental health is very important. Sometimes I sit in silence in my room just staring at the ceiling with a candle burning. Hey girl 💕the year is definitely flying by. Our baby girl’s 1st birthday is next weekend, our son is turning 2 in Sept, we have a 6 week old baby too…all 10M apart. Self care is definitely needed. We do so much as parents and just need time to relax and recuperate. We’re finally on track with saving. I’ll be showing my husband your latest video on budgeting because we have 3 babies now, 3 boxes of diapers to buy, we have to stay on track and make sure we make it to next payday without worrying about this and that. Can’t wait for the ASMR vid!! I’ll definitely fall asleep to that one 😌Walmart here is 4.38. That’s the only place we go to because other gas stations are high 😩😵💫

I’ve been doing the cash stuffing method for almost 2 years now. The money in the envelopes I’ve accumulated since Jan of this year 😊 some of the money came from taxes. the money I’m stuffing is for my sinking funds so it’s savings not money to spend. The cash envelopes are what you use on the regular (groceries,gas,etc) I’m very disciplined when it comes to saving- I’ve always been that way 💕
Thanks girl! & it’s a placeholder lol! So basically every time you reach $1,000 in real money you replace it for the placeholder money and put the real $ in savings. It’s used so you don’t have to carry around that much money ☺️
