I am So Doing This! My Daughter and especially my Granddaughter have been wanting something for their kitchen with my handwritten recipe for their favorite dishes.
The Granddaughter wants my Peach Cobbler and Biscuit Recipe, My Daughter wants my Cornbread Dressing Recipe. I may do some on cutting boards too.

You should try ironing the flat board to see if reactivating the mod page would get the bubbles out. You should also use a roller.
