      Brock Chestleigh his legs are so skinny he does not have any full body endurance.... he can't box with that body.... boxing is about endurance more then anything - his body has zero endurance

      But.. I swear he be doing some crazy weights for some rep ranges that would kill some people. He runs for cardio as well as boxing for cardio. How do you know he doesn't have any body endurance? From what I've seen, he most likely has a good amount of full body endurance lol.

    I use to practice shadow kickboxing every morning at 6am for 30 minutes or more until I started feeling like I wasn't getting any where or any better, because of me thinking that I need someone to train with me, but now I see a big reason thanks to you iron mike Rashid I'm gonna start back training smarter, harder, I always thought following you, I would learn something positive

    Thank you Mike, I really enjoyed this vid. Very informative, precisely what I need to get me started with my boxing. I am awaiting my new gloves, my first ever pair! I am in my 60’s, I’m 6’4” and 15sts. I get to the gym or ride my bike virtually daily, but I have fancied giving boxing training a whirl for quite a while now. I’m a new sub to your channel, I intend memorising and practising all you have to tell me. I am looking forward to it. Starting with 1,2 and 3 of course. I feel a little awkward and clumsy at the moment as I have zero muscle memory going on. I will get there though. Thank you

    I have changed 2 boxing clubs as a female beginner. They just show you the rope and the bag and off you go. No one ever showed me footwork or other detailed things you are teaching. I was supposed to watch what others do and somehow figure it out. You are so right saying that practice does not make perfect. You have to know how before your practice. Your lectures are precious to me. Thank you!

      tyronealfonso you should looks into joining a boxing gym they will teach you everything you need to know better than TH-cam videos will and boxing tends to be much cheaper than any martial arts

    Thank you Mike for uploading this video. This will help me a great deal as a beginner to boxing. I am 51 and have worked in security all my life and feel that at my age its time i learnt about boxing. It will also help me to get fitter in myself due to being off work for just over a year due to slipped disks in my lower back. So i am hoping to return back to work sometime this year but in the mean time i can get my fitness levels up and return to my career i miss so much knowing i have learnt such a rewarding sport.
