The reason why the heavier weight is at the bottom is because of you drop it, it will drop from a way lower distance. Also on the rack it is easier to put it back on the bottom

I second that, the heavy weights need to be closer to the top rack. Put them little 5’s through 45’s on the bottom. I always have to be very precise when picking up the 100lb. Can easily get injured bending down grabbing them!
