Studio Tram Tour with King Kong Encounter

- Virtual Recreation of a Hollywood Studio Tram Tour featuring famous attractions inspired by Universal Theme Parks like:
- The Parting of the Red Sea
- The Collapsing Bridge
- King Kong Encounter (which was destroyed in a studio fire in 2008)
All scenery except the plants and trees was created for this video using SketchUp and Blender, ape and helicopter models adapted from Blender community.

Thanks. Basically the cars are a ctr i put on the invisible track by Revolutionary Rides. They have robo control function which makes them tilt on the bridge etc., the globe animation on the screens is an animated texture (done with blender). The attractions are ride event objects with integrated soundtracks that get triggered by the cars. They combine a lot of techniques like animated textures, particle effects, etc. Sadly i can´t get to run the older version of Blender on my computer, which would allow more lifelike animations for the ape (like mouth and arms movement), the actual sets are all done with SketchUp.

Do you think you can make the alien encounter show?
Not in a satisfying way, i´m afraid. I haven´t been on the original show (you mean the one that was at Disney and was replaced by Stitch, right?). From what i saw in videos this was a lot of darkness, sound design and an animatronic alien, which i would have to do in Blender to make it halfway realistic. (Can´get Blender running on my system, sadly...)

It does indeed... Working at multiple sets at one time it's even hard for me to tell when i did some models seen on my channel... Memories get often mixed up :)

Yes i could, but i would be very similar to this video since i haven´t found a way to get Blender running on my computer (which i would need to do more realistic muscular animation of King Kong)
