Im really glad Yianni mentions small details like he wasnt happy with the staff. As a viewer i did start noticing the staff was becoming way to relaxed. A top boss knows when to give credit and when to show whos boss!

I do think Yianni is a great boss to work for. He does have a laugh and joke, but sometimes the workload needs heads down and crack on! I’m sure the team appreciate his fairness at the end of the day!

As a former owner of some companies, I think Yianni has every right to keep what has happened within the walls of Yianimize. If he wants to tell us that's fine but my thoughts are he is too decent a man to do that. This is a business and as such we should look at what Yianni has achieved over the years and where he is now. He needs to protect his investments and his staff, after all he has so much going on....we probably don't know the half of it.
Accept this video for what it is, keep watching, and allow him to do what he thinks right. I love the videos and everything he does.

Respect for actually filming this week. As a boss to send a serious messag to every employee I would’ve skipped TWAY and had them sit with their thoughts for a bit.
Wasn’t expecting to feel such a vibe. But running a business isn’t no joke, you can have fun and games but the work has to be 100 and 10% better than everyone else in the game.
Loved seeing the different vibe and all your staff knew the game had to be stepped up again. Keep up the good work guys.

Having TWAY is a high-risk high-reward move.
With these videos we (the audience) are seeing everything, we're engaging with the company through the comment section, we connect with the staff, and see the ins and outs of the company. That's the reward - engagement with the brand, followers, subscribers, publicity.
The risk is, exactly this. Every business has its dramas and bad things happen in every workplace. You can't name a workplace where no one has ever behaved badly or done something wrong. Of course, that's usually not in front of cameras.
The risk is high, you will hear rumors, people will say sh*t they know nothing about and to keep your subscribers happy, you have to post a TWAY even though you really don't want to.
The reward is also great.

QUESTION : how does a wrap like auba holographic one hold up in hot country's would it peal very easily or not ??
It doesn’t peel, when wraps go bad as in expire they don’t peel they just discolor a proper wrap job would’ve never peel even into year 10 what happens when they expire is they discolor and the adhesive expires making it difficult to remove and leave your car with adhesive residue that’s why we recommend to remove when the manufacture tells you to

Whoa. ☃️ That felt colder than a snowman’s cold bits yo in there. It’s a workplace and sometimes the boss has to separate from the boys and say pull your finger out and get the job done right. If it’s an expensive cockup that can’t be let go and you gotta let someone go because of it. Not something we want to see but if it’s that bad and it has to be done then it has to be done. 👍 oh deffo swerve the 360. Ams unless it’s car mounted. The car footage was awesome. Great video with a different perspective of the workplace.
Respect for not snaking on the people that was involved or saying what the issue was. IMO thats between you and your colleagues. You have a professional business and that needs to be Respected by all members of staff.

Yianni I think I agree with you, a place of work has to be somewhere you enjoy going and getting along with your boss is a big bonus, but no matter how tight you become with your boss, you ha e to remember there is still a element of respect that needs to be kept for the boss.
You are running a business, but I’m sure it’s a blip, and the pecking order will fall back into place.

Its a business at the end of the day but team morale is a good part of that, letting things go and helping people improve is better than not letting things go and publicly calling out your staff. Massive well done to Kean as well for staying happy and smiley with a tense Yianni breathing down his neck, bet he wasn’t expecting that good of a response
Yiann man don't be too hard on yourself. My dad ran restaurants for 30 years and had a very similar environment and relationship with his staff to you... sometimes getting too close causes employees to drop the ball and forget they're getting paid to do a job. You've obviously set them straight and reminded them you're the boss and it's a business. I would say it's needed at times. Having fun at work and chatting is great but there's a time and a place, especially in our case with busy restaurants. We obviously don't know what has happened, but hopefully you work everything out and things improve moving forward. ;)

I think considering everything that’s going on, the atmosphere was calm. Obviously I’m not there but the interactions were still respectful and informative. People like Mark and Kean can’t help but smile when they speak lol. You lot are good people at Yiannimize, you can just tell - keep it up!

Yes it’s business, yes it’s transparent and yes you’re the boss, seems like it’s been nipped in the bud and a line drawn in the sand, but to keep the moral and mood low over days doesn’t seem right. You produce you’re best work when happy, and people like me tune in to see and hear from those guys and girls too, they are Yannimize.
