Appreciate the comment and the way you did I respect it. Defo not forcing pal. These cameras are amazing and we use them a lot plus it’s a deal so trying to give back for people that shoot content. We also try to give back all the time with Yiannimize comps and charities.

You need to developed a team "muster"...a muster is a all hands on deck ,short meeting(usually about 15min)........and usually happens 15minutes after the last employee is scheduled in.....you can do it right in the common lot......
You go over the priorities of the day, safety and security issues....things that ALL team members need to be aware of.and things in the making ( in a general manner).....
It also gives you the opportunity to recognize individual achievements, birthdays, New babys, time at the co...etc.....
This is exactly what we used to do in the RAF and the way you just described it sounds like ex forces. 🥃🥃
