hey Shan! just wondering if sending a 3 AP score ( on a hard AP test ) will hurt my application or not

sat subject tests are optional, right? would you recommend taking them?
optional yes! if you have the financial resources to do so and think you can do well, i’d say do it. also if you do well on a language sat test (i think above 550-700 depending on the test) you can place out of the language. requirement.

I’m EDing to BC. My issue is I have a 3.3 gpa because i did realllly bad my junior year (I took too many rigorous classes and I go to one of the most rigorous public high schools in the country so I shouldn’t have pushed myself that hard). I’ve been doing a LOT better my senior year so far and I’m trying really hard to get into BC. I’m really scared though because my stats are pretty low and it’s my top choice. I’m trying to rely a little on my essay and my extracurriculars (volunteer EMT, President of 2 clubs, volunteered at homeless shelters with my youth group since 6th grade, etc) this video helped so much thank you!!!!

no particular advice to someone out of state! in short in general, be yourself! be bold
