I love Portuguese Sausage and eggs for breakfast. For years, we could not get Hawaiian-style portuguese sausage on the mainland, but now we have a Tokyo Central store in Costa Mesa that carries Hawaiian products, including 3 or 4 different local portuguese sausages. Now, we have them in our freezer all the time. Still can't get them at another store, or ready cooked here.

If you or any viewers are into tripe stew, Wahiawa has 3 places...1) Guieb cafe, right around the corner from Kitchen Delight uses tamarind in their broth/sabao...2) Tanya's Pies and Grill has tripe offering but their sabao is thicker, gravy-like consistency...3) Taqueria El Ranchero offers menudo Sat/Sun & is Mexican in flavors, which I like. May hit them up this weekend!-lol
