Great interview LT. Went through something similar with my Agency. I can relate 100%. Thank you for sharing your story Cruz. RESILIENCEY 🙏🏼 San Diego, Ca 🔥🫡
Went through being disqualified 3 times from cdcr, got hired and fired from a county department because of why I was rejected from cdcr, but finally accepted that god was telling me it wasn’t for me. Still believe it was my calling but life has sent me in a different direction and I’m happy doing what I do now. Never give up. Where a door closes another one opens. Great interview ✊🏼✊🏼
Hector you hit the nail on the head when you said DISGUSTING!! I almost fell out of my chair. It is very scary the way cops are treated within the ranks.
Wow what an interview 🙏 thank goodness you didn’t let that stop you. Things happen for a reason, God bless you seem like a solid person very humble. Be safe ❤
Excellent interview by both. Should have taken the ride, bro - Best ride in the zoo. (Taser) LOL - I rode that lighting bolt several times - REMINDER - DV is PRO-ARREST! Someone goes to jail. Let the DA decide to dismiss it if warranted. Did he make a poor decision not to investigate thoroughly? Yes. BUT TERMINATION? I have worked with several officers/deputies who were in his shoes involving DV calls. In one case, a deputy poorly handled the call, and later that evening, the husband killed the wife. The deputy was disciplined and did bad boy time within the department, but moved on and did well the rest of his career. When I started my career, deputies/officers could use discretion on DV calls. But then came OJ. Things changed the way we handled DV calls. Officer discretion was taken away, and the pro-arrest mandates came in. Based on Antonio’s story, I feel that termination was excessive. It’s who you know in many departments. Do they like you? Are you part of that inner circle? Being a small department, El Centro is no different from major metropolitan departments in terms of the buddy system.
Great interview. Hector your a natural at reporting! You found your niche! Im going to ask something you can't ask, Hector. Was this officer that screwed over Antonio a white dude? The dude was promoted instead of getting fired! I saw this type of situation coming down the pike when I went through a California Police Academy. There's a silent unspoken underside in law enforcement.
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (wonder obey dial dash soon tank spike scout region undo zero such). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
Whatever happened to the Victim the girl that has the cut on her lip did they protect her? What was the whole purpose of filing the complaint against the brother here because they were so concerned about doing their job or because they wanted him out clearly
Wow I started listening to a story and finished realizing I lived your story.. stay up bro god has a plan
God.
He’s a good dude. I was in the police academy with him. 👍🏻

Hey bro, army veteran here.
I was a teacher last year and I thought it was my calling.
Anyways man, thank you for sharing. God bless.
Good shit bro
It’s crazy that these “leaders” and agencies are the ones who are in charge of enforcing the law, when they’re the grimiest of everyone 😬
Facts

All the good cops have probably been fired over some b/s or quit after seeing b/s, this is why a lot of agencies have shit services
It’s a damn shame.
Every department is the same..
Great interview of ex police officer.

Thank you! To answer your question, I believe so.
