    Great video. I find it amazing that wineries like Henschke use screw caps on their premium wines for sale in Australia but put corks in them for sales in the US. Some of my favorites are under screw cap!

      Seems like it has to do with the usage of sulfur dioxide levels that are needed for protection during longer transportation.

    Good vid as ever. Nice to have some detail about the air. One of the biggest challenges being a cavist in Paris is reassuring customers about screw capped wine!

    Great topic. Question: why not develop a screw top liner that mimics cork in its oxygen transfer? They cover 5x and 1/5 on the spectrum. Can they hit 1:1 ?
