maam if co. buys back equity shares , the source used for buy back only should be existing Paid Up Capital + FR + Securities Premium + Proceeds from issue odf other class of shares(eg. preference shares issue proceeds) how can a co. setoff the account by issue of eq shares itself for buy back of equity shares pls explain >>>

Ma'am when we are buying back of equity shares we can't go for fresh issue of equity shares we can issue only preference shares.But,you said we consider both equity or pref share while reducing the face value of fresh issue while finding CRR. Could you please clarify?
