bmw singapore traffic police highway patrol fail to spot it?
or need to check the established rules of engagement pior to chase & arrest the reckless driver.

Walau.....u wasted my time watching the video. The BMW driving recklessly was a separate thingy from the TP. The TP was not even aware of the action. It exited Paya Lebar, must be returning back to base......and it was a Volvo. Not a BMW.....

and where is the enforcement. watch closely can even see police car drive right past another car that doesn't have it's lights on.
if the SPF and TP aren't going to bother doing their duties who is going to worry about speeding, following too close, changing lanes with no indicator (also seen in police car view), speeding all over the road.
face it, the TP and SPF are not bothering to do their job any more, and with their current efforts (as in lack thereof) roads are simply getting worse and worse.
Even accident they don't want to show up unless serious, IT'S THEIR JOB, NOT AN OPTION. AS IS TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT. (TP and SPF both, not just TP WHERE THE HELL IS YOUR HEAD AT?)
