My father bought this car the year i was born. When i became 18 it was passed on to me. It went for 25 years no drama as a daily drive covering 1000000+ km.

edge of my seat watching, thanks. I did 126mph? kph in a 1972 3.3 liter 6 cylinder Torana on M5. It went 21.5 mph per 1,000 rpm. Tacho went 6,000 rpm and red lined until 6,500 rpm, speedo went to 120 mph. I went 500 rpm past that. I had redlined it many times as a 17 yr old and took it easily to 6,500 rpm and still reaching but I was a coward and took my foot off the gas. I reckon that beats your 190kph in the 190e. (I reckon you could have hit 200 kph eventually) a "1972" 3.3 6 cylinder Torana, 1/4 mile in 14.5seconds and 0 to 100 MPH in 19 seconds. You took me back to my Boy Racer Days, thanks again!

One of the most beautiful steering wheel of the time!! Nice Baby-Benz
My father bought this car the year i was born. When i became 18 it was passed on to me. It went for 25 years no drama as a daily drive covering 1000000+ km.
1000000 km 😥😲😮
The km counter has only 6 digits
Did it stuck on 999999 😂
Ayman Ebrahim 999.999=>000.000
It's very amazing that this road isn't a toll road but has been maintained beautifully.
Hitler decided so, they respect him.
GERMAN are known for high quality workmanship...just like Japan.
@@mrki412 dude for real???
That dog in a mirror🙌🏼
I’ve never seen a Benz with cloth upholstery or a manual transmission in the USA. I think Deutschland keeps their good stuff at home.
It has more smooth drive than new benz ..
big engines (5 6cyl) always smoother than the 4banger
star77- zastarax LMAO what I’m pretty sure this is a 4 cylinder
It’s a 4 cylinder not 6
he means the overall feeling of drive. 80s 90s era get what he means, rest nah.
It's because the news cars these days want to have everything. They want to have sports car handling and luxury car comfort at the same time.
Love the 190E a masterpiece. It seemed like it had a little more to give!!
Пробки.. =(
The noise of the engine, the beer box, and the dog in the back. All that is a nice travel back in time.

Good job, this car still today is extremely usable even in autobahn

Best Mercedes ever build!
Beautiful. The car looks and drives like it's brand new! 💪
The wedding Car from my father in his times👍🏼🙏🏻
Why does it feel so satisfying to watch you driving an w201
Smooth as a wind, hits 180kph like a walk in the park!
One of the greatest cars of all time
One of the best car engineering pieces ever made. A solid, classy and imponent car
Most Germans don’t engage in activities while driving, such as eating or drinking, grooming, radios or devices...etc...they stay focused on the task at hand. Operators license in Germany is an expensive privilege.
“Germans” yeah Karl you must be god yourself, you know every single German on earth and none of them do it? Damn bruh
Ist klar alter
Eigentlich, yes.
O yeao, and all this video is made by activities u are telling us 😂😂
Karl Marx im german and i drive 220kmh in my w124 holding the steering wheel with my knee, joint in one hand and a fatass bigmac in the other one
Now needs a 190D 2.0 with 4 speed automatic for comparision hahah
That would be a long video :D
@@Mycarisslow why

Milos M Power Haha, totally agree
maroine pod Because we in germany call them „200er Wanderdüne“ which means very slow. 😀

Beautiful Mercedes Benz 190E 2,3 in 441 impala braun metallic. 👑😍
In the 80ies my dad had this car. As a child I loved it! This video is a nice and sentimental remembery.
*LOVE THE SOUND!*
That car never over. Simple engine. Strong and eat kms like hell. Oldscholl car.
edge of my seat watching, thanks. You took me back to my Boy Racer Days, thanks again!
for me best mercedes ever made 190D !!
The dog on the mirror was like : They see mee rollin , they hatin
Its the best channel in the youtube and i like mersedes, bmw
Dead ODO and TRIP counter, just like I remember it. These cars never age.

Mercedes 190E W201 is the best Mercedes car untill now.All time classic car.A lot better than modern cars.
Mercedes:the best or nothing
Greatest old Merc still today. Such a clean example
Need to take care want if u every week washing the car the very clean and every month also should clean car inside example dashboard ,chair or other then your car very clean and beautiful.
The steering movements r so satisfying
This car certainly has one of the cooler steering wheels.
It’s a Benz. ❤️

Now this is how it is done!! Awesome video, no ghetto music in the background, proper hand placement on steering wheel, attentive...as in not talking or looking at phome....
4:16 That was quite close lol.
that was quite stupid
You need to drive in the Balkans man...
Mr Carson lol hasnt seen nothin yet
Quite reckless rather. Dangerous driving. Typical for underpowered cars with the urge to push early to pick up at least a bit of speed.
The 2.3 is a 4 banger yes?
Yes
I have 2.3 with 5speed and im closing the taho on highway ;) peace :)
Artur AMG, is the 2.3 the 16 valve?
One day i must buy one of these. Classic Mercedes, not over complicated, and affordable. The original "C Class".
