Georgy Zhukov well typically jord watches are quite fashionable. When speaking of watches barely anyone cares about how accurate the time is on them unless it is above a minute off. I see everyone saying seiko is better for the same price but that is easily a lie. Seiko watches may be more accurate but again nobody truly gives a fuck. Jord watches are more appealing, they look better. I’m a bit surprised seiko watches sell for as much as jord watches do.
Gotta face the noise to support the bet creators though, glad for the relaxation/meditation ads that have come about recently for a long time t was all trading212 and the like shouting at you 😂
This is insane I spent 45 minutes and the Jord Website yesterday checking out a watch I want for Christmas, and today my go to sleep technician, Is with Jord.... I was watching a video yesterday where he was saying thanks to his first 50 subscribers and telling them that he doesn’t know how his channel is going to go but he’s going to try hopefully he can be one of the big guys someday ...:: Mission accomplished, just goes to show if you put out good quality original content no matter what genre

I’m really impressed they made a watch out of Wenge. It’s a super hard wood to work with, it is extremely porous and splinters easily, and yet it is also very hard for a palm and difficult to machine precisely as a result. That watch is beautiful though.

Those new microphones are really something. You've had the Jord watches before, but I could never hear them tick for some reason before, but now it's perfect!
If you mean the once-a-second tick then you can hear it now because it has been added in. Mechanical watches move the second hand multiple times per second and with less force, so they lack the loud, distinctive 'tick-tock' of quartz clocks and watches.

I love these fast tick second hands and also the "constant" second hands that don't tic, but simply turn around constantly like a wall clock that is plugged in.

I bought a Meridian Dusk a few years ago because of your other video and I cannot stress enough how pretty it is IRL. Watching this makes me wanna buy another one argh!
I bought one: broke. But the service was good and so I got a new one. That one started falling apart after just two weeks. But I didn’t want to send it back again, so this time I went to a professional watchmaker. He: (and I quote) „we are getting swamped with these cheap Chinese wood watches and I won’t go near it.“ Me: „that can’t be, I spent hundreds of bucks on this watch“ Him: „yes… a few hundred… do you know how much money these watches cost with the double spring-balance when they really work? At least 1.500 Bucks!!!“ They look great, they feel great and the marketing is world class. No one expects garbage at these prices. But they are truly worthless in any aspect. Nonetheless I love this video. As I said… the marketing is world class. 🙂👍🏻

Get a Casio G-Shock. They’re very cheap, and they’re pretty much just Nokia phones in watch form. The most expensive G-Shock in production is only 1,500$. It’s a luxury watch, but it still would probably survive a tank blast.

I love these fast tick second hands and also the "constant" second hands that don't tic, but simply turn around constantly like a wall clock that is plugged in.

I bought a Meridian Dusk a few years ago because of your other video and I cannot stress enough how pretty it is IRL. Watching this makes me wanna buy another one argh!
I bought one: broke. But the service was good and so I got a new one. That one started falling apart after just two weeks.
But I didn’t want to send it back again, so this time I went to a professional watchmaker.
He: (and I quote) „we are getting swamped with these cheap Chinese wood watches and I won’t go near it.“
Me: „that can’t be, I spent hundreds of bucks on this watch“
Him: „yes… a few hundred… do you know how much money these watches cost with the double spring-balance when they really work? At least 1.500 Bucks!!!“
They look great, they feel great and the marketing is world class. No one expects garbage at these prices. But they are truly worthless in any aspect.

God I love watches. Most of my jobs though, would wreck em. People can say what they want about the modern tech, nothing quite feels better than a good watch on your wrist. I should wear mine more often. Ty for the vid.

Get a Casio G-Shock. They’re very cheap, and they’re pretty much just Nokia phones in watch form. The most expensive G-Shock in production is only 1,500$. It’s a luxury watch, but it still would probably survive a tank blast.
