Ok so your voice is so soothing but then you add the background noise which most people hate but the noise coming from your mic is actually so relaxing it’s unreal
If I'm having a bad anxiety episode the smallest, most inconsequential things can trigger a spiral. Just an off comment or something like that, even in ASMR. But with these videos, even if it's a new one I haven't seen before, I know there's never going to be anything that'll fuel my anxiety. I can't quite explain what it is, but everything just feels so safe to me. I can really relax and feel safe. Thank you.
Oh my gosh. I listen to this kind of ASMR and it instantly makes me feel super tired. I used to have sleeping problems and I tried a lot of things but then I found ASMR and it makes me feel very calm and sleepy...so thankyou!
