Gosh I love the tinkering sounds. There's something so oddly comforting about them, and coupled with your voice, it's perfection.
For years you have absolutely decimated the competition for crowned king in this genre of video, you know. I wish the algorithm would agree.
I would agree that mechanical ASMR is truly underappreciated.
You know you're an industrial person when you can accurately imagine the twisting tension at 27:30
There's no work more satisfying than tightening something right before it strips or snaps.
i can imagine the heat maps of forces put on each bolt to bad we cant (yet) instantly take that thought and make it into a model or simulation
it's frustrating i can only give one like to feed the algorithm. your videos are truly amazing and as always your voice combined with the tinkering sounds are perfect. we love you doc thanks for all the relaxation you've given us.

Doc I think this will be my first ever comment as a long-time watcher, but I would LOVE to see a video with lighting like you had at the very end. The idea of primarily focusing on sounds while at the same time not knowing how they’re being made with lights coming in and out of frame sounds very tingly :)
