Free Acid or tonner ka Phosphating tank me kya role hota hai?
Free acid -0.8-1.2ml
Tonner-2-4ml
Inki range kam ya jada hone par Phosphating par kya farak padta hai?

Free Acid role is to intitate the reaction in phosphate bath and tonar gives coating bonding as well using for the Oxidation in phosphate bath.

Degreasing tank 4-5 mins
Other tank process 2-3 mins except WR tank 30 sec to 1 mins.
