Hot water- we are using to easily free the oil from components.
Deagreasing -oil,dust cleaning
A activation - using for active the components surface area for catching the phosphate coating uniform
Phosphating -use for increased the paint life .

Total Alk -Take 25ml bath solutions in conical flask add bromcrosel green indicater 5-6 droup and titrate with N/10 sulphuric acid(H2s04) calculate the buret Reding measure.(colour to colourless)
For free alkaline -For degreasing tank test
Take 25ml bath solutions in conical flask add phinophthlin indicater 5-6 droup and titrate with N/10 sulphuric acid(H2s04) calculate the buret Reding for free acid.

dear sir, my question is what could be the reason for taking more current of rectifier in ced process coating
Check ur set voltage
What rectifier you are using and what is recommended the paint suplyer and what company paint you are using first you check the PDS .

Sure, but it will take few days
In ced there are below problem we are getting
1.thin coat(low dft)(very low deposit of current between hanger and parts)
2.over baking(conveyer line stop or excessive temperature)
3.low baking(low temperature)
4.blistering(oil on components)
5.hanger mark( jig mark or parts to parts gap should correct)

Which chemical used in ultrafiltration
There no need to add directly in uf tank any chemical it's totally designed for save the ed paint by membrane ,for back wash the membrane we are using flowcontroller thiner and acitic acid di water only add for maintain the bath.

CED coating is highly corrosion resistance.
SST is depend on customer requirement.
CED coating thickness 40 micron can withstand as much at 700 hours salt spray test.

What is the use of uf -1 and uf -2 tank .
UF 1 and UF 2 equipment are used for electro-deposition paint ingredient separation of those not forming film and recovery of paint.
uf tank Ka Kaam ya Hota Ha Ka Jo be Extra Ed Hota Ha Wo Remove krta Ha Or filter se ho kr ed Tank ma Ed Chala jata Ha Or Sladge bach Jata Ha Jo be Sladge hota Ho UF remove krta Ha
