As always great job Scott, love all the stuff you put out. Been a fan for years now. Watched your Detroit mafia lunch "seminar " years ago and been riding with you since
I think all that matters is if the Genovese Family recognizes the DiNunzios since the Genovese is the biggest Family. It’s like when Vic Amuso was telling the rest of NY not to recognize Joey Merlino as Boss of Philly. Since Barney Bellomo recognized Joey, the rest of the New York eventually gave in and agreed.
@@originalgangsterspod The content always seems to be more salacious and with more intrigue. As if it's being over sensationalized. The level of detail in your reporting has a high degree of drama. That aside I've been following you for 20 years and will continue to do so.
Respectfully I have to disagree with you. I have also been listening to Scott for years and has forgotten more than the rest of these mafia podcasters can read. I have also personally spoken to him on the phone about some possible business ventures . I just honestly think it’s the way Scott talks and expresses himself which could make you feel like that way. He likes to be very precise and accurate in everything he says and sometimes I guess it could come off as added emotion . This is not directed toward you but I am disgusted by some of this recent Scott slander by some of these other podcasters . If you listen to Scott, you know he never put anyone down and likes to build people up. Hes also an excellent writer and his book on the Philly Mob is one of the best mob books I have ever read
@@SousaDoctor mafia prince is indeed a gem. I personally feel that people have intentionally misled him in the past on some things on purpose. He’s still one of the best.
You really think The Cheese has 15 more years in him Scott….. I mean come on, he’s 500 lbs, you could roll him down a hill into a car and flatten it… …at that weight at in his 60s, -5 years would be a miracle.
Scott I thought deleo was outted as an informer in the 70s … you really think he as a standing with the Colombo’s and other NY families??? lol dunno about that one … even though someone still vouch for him

john pennisi told a story that he was asked to pass a message from vito guzzo to find out if ralph was in good standing with the colombos. john went to sally bread and he came back and said yes ralph is in good standing. in exchange for this, vito got made in prison. this was sometime in the mid 2010s
DeLeo becoming the Colombo acting boss has to be the strangest maneuver in US LCN history.. His whole story and past are very bizarre as well lol..

Stand-up guy, whats

@@dancorry4305 uhhh he wasn’t even a Colombo and became boss

The cheese man definitely doesn’t give a shit what a NY guy says. He’s got real power in Boston and that’s all that matters.
So he’s the boss of the Colombo’s but he’s in Somerville and he’s a informant 🤔
Not anymore. Happened awhile ago
correct. old mob history i read about 10 years ago now.
😂😂😂
I remember when Jerry Gangland broke the Ralph from Boston as acting boss of Colombo’s every one was so confused
On my way to the North side rn to grab some cannoli right noooow. Bova’s bakery Iykyk ❣️
Sally Bread gave Ralph DeLeo the ok to straighten out Vito Guzzo in prison.

Scott, I enjoy your content, but some of it i truly question as accurate.
In what way?
