He's not remembering anything rlly, he's just improvising to an idea he has. He makes drumless tracks for himself to work on rhythmic or musical ideas he has. Its a pretty ingenious way of learning tbh.

This isn't not a drum chart. This is guitar hero. A drum chart is transcribed into theory so it can actually be read. No one would know how any of this sounds by watching colored circles flying by on a screen.
It’s basically a vertical chart with notes on different lines, notation spacing and phrasing is perfect - any idiot could play this easier than a chart.
