    she uses the eggs for a thickener like (corn starch) or (augur gum) and even can replace sugar with Monk fruit or Splenda. I love her video because you can tweak it to make all different flavors of ice cream. But her instruction is so helpful and easy.

    Its best to use only the eggs yolk, no the eggs white.
    Also, eggs yolk should be cooked.
    See many other videos showing how to do this.
