Sure we believe that you've fixed them, but all of that is just in our imagination if you don't show it in the video. This video is like watching half of a movie. Sure we probably knows how it ends, but we'd still like to actually see it.

Hey - have you tought about teardown or fixing Pokeball Plus controller? :). As i understand its kinda new thing - i bought one marked as broken - and it doesnt turns on or charge - when i connect it to Usb-a port it draws 0.02A from it. Battery is relatively small (about 220 mAh). I didnt tried if battery is faulty - mostly because looks like its impossible to buy new battery - at least now - also i heard that Nintendo stated that battery is NOT replaceable (!) and only they will replace a battery for a fee!

You need a lot of knowledge to do anything like this. It's not for the average person. If you're not an electronics repair person I would not try it. Just my opinion.

Hi tronicsfix. I want to buy a used ps4 but the seller notified me it has a ejecting disk issue. It would eject disc's randomly. Is this a red flag in the long run? Can other problems occur in the future? I will mainly play digitaly
I think if you replace the video chip and/or the charge chip it gets unbricked. The problem is not a lot of people have the soldering skills to replace them.

If you put a known good battery in it then it would turn on even if the charge chip was bad. 2.7V doesn't mean the battery is bad...it may just need charging.
Forgot to say I think a video of you fixing these Nintendo switches would be great for all even if technical like power ic/ charge ic /unbricking Battery percentages dead and good so people could easily open and check they batter and replace ect Thank you

I got my ps4 slim about a year ago and everything seemed fine with the graphics and the overall look of my games... how ever after that year I started to notice that the graphics kept getting crappier to the point where my overwatch looks kind of like a mobile version. @@greekmanx The switch charger is also meant to power the dock. For pure charging, the Apple charger can charge at over 2 amps meaning the Apple charger can actually charge certain things faster.
I did this with gamestop branded but made by madcatz gamecube controllers opened them up just gotta cut the cables and resolder then they should work no sweat.

I found a neon Switch, with Mario Odyssey and Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze as well as a Pro Controller and a Switch branded 64gb SD card for $280... As long as you hold out for the right deal it will come along.

And that's the truth - buying broken Switch is not a get rich quick method. If you think you can go to Ebay, buy broken stuff, and just bank off them, don't do it unless you have engineering background. Unless you are a professional who can repair these units within reasonable time, you are just wasting your time and money (if you can't fix them). Ebay charges substantial seller fees too and you will be competing with professional like this guy who can offer better pricing and probably better aftermarket service too.

This is no different than the whole bitcoin craze, or flipping limited edition consoles on Ebay. For example, buying the 500 million PS4 for $550 after tax and then trying to sell one on Ebay for $900 doesn't net you $350. Ebay + Paypal is 15% and shipping cost is going to run you another $50. Net profit would be just $165 for the trouble you have to go through. Unless you can reach economy of scale or just doing these sorta thing as a hobby, it's better just stick with your day job.
That's why when I want to fix broken stuff on eBay I make sure I know what the problem is and if I can easily fixable. ie. If I am looking for an Xbox 360 I find one with a dead HDD, broken disc drive, or one that has the 0001 Error RRoD (Power Supply Problem, which means it's not the console 99% of the time).
There's really no point in buying broken Switches because it's such a gamble with how 3rd party docks can kill them that it's more then likely just going to be that then any other fault

Just have to find a way to get the screws out. You can always drill them out if nothing else works.

That all depends on what's wrong with it. There aren't many parts available for them yet so we don't fix many of them yet.

Doubt its fixable. Wouldnt be such a huge problem otherwise. I heard nyko will refund you the switch though

Could be....that's one of the common signs of a faulty hard drive.
Andre217 hard drives are probably the easiest to replace just note any saves on the ps4 will be deleted

Why are you using an apple brick on a switch that is way to low output to charge a switch
It's actually not. The volt/amp reader I use in the video shows exactly how many amps are available and it works great for the switch.

I would never do that...refurbs from places like Gamestop are a terrible deal.
