She's the first I've seen use a wig to do this.... Not sure why your feelings are so hurt. You could do this with your hair or with a wig. She's clearly got hair but chose to demonstrate these scarf styles with a wig.

The wig is what I didn’t like about it. Rock a headwrap with YOUR hair or cover your hair completely. I don’t see the point of adding the wig
