The "Take screenshot" button saves a picture in the Cities Skylines 2 folder found under %appdata%\Locallow\Colossal Order :)

I think the biggest problem is not that you can't save the cinematic camera settings, but that you can't export your video directly from the game menu, but have to record it in bad fps

You can also just hit Print Screen (do alt+tab to turn the game in a windows and minimize) and paste it into a Graphical program (like Irfanview) if you directly want to use it.

and then need a extend mode for the camera panel & need can save setting profiles

I use F1 to hide the UI as that's the standard in most other games too
