You are amazing! You don’t over complicate what needs to happen and why our bodies are acting the way it is. I got my husband your book for his 54th birthday and I am loving it! Thank you.

It has helped relieve the stiffness of neck and shoulder instantly. But , I think it will have to be done frequently till it goes away completely. Thank you .

My whiplash injury was caused by a car accident happened in 1992 when a young lady drove her Porsche from the lane passing through 3 lanes to get to my lane at a T...good thing that she hit the front of my car and my car was totalled and I settled my claim very fast, not knowing the consequences of the whiplash injury can last so long

This e exercise really really works. For more than 25 years i have had this problem getting worse over time. This is brilliant. I live in UK sadly my doctor doesn't want to know, they are civil servants

Thank you, Will. I think I have had a whiplash injury since 1993...after so many years of treatments and exercises, I can move a neck with full range of motion. But I always feel painful at c3 or c4 joints. I have been doing all sorts of exercises but I don't feel I can get rid of my chronic neck pain

Can this also help the pain in the back of the shoulder just below and slightly towards right side ?

Is this exercise safe to use if I had a whiplash injury many years ago? Had chronic severe shooting pains up into my skull & migraine-like headaches until I discovered chiropractic treatment about ten years later. It’s still sensitive, but those problems resolved 🤞🏼

As a suffererer of cervical spondylosis, this worked immediately, even though the pain is always centralised at the back. Do you have other neck specific exercises to complement this? Thank you.
